บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ตรวจสอบรูปแบบด้วยวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการจัดสัมมนาผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (Connoisseurship) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยถอดบทเรียนจากการสัมมนากลุ่ม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 11 คน เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา 3 คน ด้านการจัดการความรู้ 4 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญในบริบทมหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ 4 คน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ ซึ่งเหมาะสมกับมหาวิทยาลัยที่เกิดจากการหลอมรวมมีระยะทางห่างไกลกันและมีวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่แตกต่างหัน มีขั้นตอนการดำเนินการ ดังนี้ 1) การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ความรู้ ควรกำหนดจากการประชุม โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อมุ่งสู่การพัฒนาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา 2) การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ เสนอให้กำหนดประเด็นความรู้ ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร คุณเอื้อ คุณอำนวย คุณกิจคุณลิขิต คุณประสานและคุณวิศาสตร์ซึ่งวิธีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย ชุมชนนักปฏิบัติ เวทีสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ การเล่าเรื่องประสบการณ์ความสำเร็จ วิธีการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศและวิธีการอื่นๆ 3)การจัดเก็บความรู้ เสนอให้ใช้การบันทึกเอกสารร่วมกับวิธีการอื่นๆ คือ เว็บบล็อก ห้องสนทนาเฟซบุ๊คชุมชนนักปฏิบัติเสมือน และวิธีการอื่นๆ

Abstract

The objective of this study was to develop Knowledge Management Model for Quality Assurance in Education at Princess of Naradhiwas University. The model was verified through the connoisseurship of 11 experts comprising 3 persons in educational quality assurance, 4 of them in knowledge management and the other four with their expertise in the context of Princess of Naradhiwas University.Princess of Naradhiwas University is a merged higher educational institution because it was established by merging existing four colleges. The research findings revealed that the model developed was appropriate for this merged university because it could solve the problems of long distances among the main campus and its branches and their different organizational cultures. It found that knowledge should be managed based on the following processes : 1) Vision and knowledge should be identified from the consensus of the meeting with the participation of everybody involved. 2) In case of knowledge sharing, knowledge issues should be identified by Chief Executive Officer-CEO, Chief Knowledge Officer-CKO , Knowledge Facilitator-KF , Knowledge Practitioner-KP , Network Manager –NM , Knowledge Coordinator –KC and IT Expert. Knowledge sharing should be open to practitioner community through appropriate methods such as telling success story, sharing best practices etc. 3)In terms of knowledge recording , it was suggested that knowledge should be recorded in the documents and other forms of recording including weblog , chat room, facebook, virtual practitioner community and other forms.
