ส่งมาให้ผมครั้งแรกเมื่อสองอาทิตย์ก่อน แต่ก็ไม่ได้ใส่ใจเพราะคิดว่าเป็นการโฆษณาของ "วารสารจ่ายสตางค์" ทั่วๆไปอย่างที่เราพบในระยะหลายปีที่ผ่านมา แต่มาเริ่มตกใจที่พบว่าเมื่อไม่ respond อะไร เขาก็ส่งมาวันเว้นวันเลยครับ

ที่ผมเป็นห่วง และอยากให้อาจารย์ช่วยกันบอกต่อ โดยเฉพาะต้องบอกนักวิจัยของ คปก. และฝ่ายวิชาการ สกว. ให้ทราบทั่วกัน ด้วยเหตุผลข้างล่าง :

1. ชื่อวารสาร Journal of Science ฟังดูดี และ ทำให้คนเข้าใจผิดได้โดยง่าย

2. วารสารรับพิมพ์งานในเกือบทุกสาขาวิชา ยกเว้น วิศวะ ฟิสิคส์ คณิตศาสตร์

3. อ้างว่ามีการ review แต่ใช้เวลาเพียง 1 วัน หลังจากที่ได้รับmanuscript !!

4. marketing strategy โหดเหี้ยมมาก ลงถึงระดับรากหญ้าเพราะเก็บเงินเพียง 30 USD ต่อ article เท่านั้น !!!

5. และจะพิมพ์ภายใน 2 วันที่ได้รับเงิน

เป็นอันตรายกับวงการวิจัยมาก ขอได้โปรดบอกต่อด้วยครับ
