บทคัดย่อ 

 

           การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของพระภิกษุ สามเณร และประชาชน ต่อการบริหารงานเจ้าอาวาสวัดตากฟ้าพระอารามหลวง อำเภอตากฟ้า จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของพระภิกษุ สามเณร และประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานเจ้าอาวาสวัดตากฟ้าพระอารามหลวง อำเภอตากฟ้า จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ จำแนกตามสถานภาพบุคคล อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา และระยะเวลาที่สังกัดหรือทำบุญอยู่ในวัด ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ พระภิกษุ สามเณรที่สังกัดอยู่ภายในวัดตากฟ้าพระอารามหลวง จำนวน 150 รูป และประชาชนที่ทำบุญประจำอยู่กับวัดตากฟ้าพระอารามหลวง จำนวน  83 คน ได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ (Taro Yamane) และใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (percentage)  ค่าเฉลี่ย (mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (one-way ANOWA) โดยการทดสอบเอฟ (F-test) และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ตามวิธีของฟิชเชอร์ (Fesher’s least-significant difference : LSD)

           ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

           1. ความพึงพอใจของพระภิกษุ สามเณร และประชาชน ต่อการบริหารงานเจ้าอาวาส วัดตากฟ้าพระอารามหลวง อำเภอตากฟ้า จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ในภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ 2) ด้านการสาธารณูปการ  3) ด้านการสาธารณสงเคราะห์ 4) ด้านการศาสนศึกษา และ 5) ด้านการเผยแผ่ ตามลำดับ

              2. การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของพระภิกษุสามเณรและประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานเจ้าอาวาสวัดตากฟ้าพระอารามหลวง อำเภอตากฟ้า จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ จำแนกตามสถานภาพทั่วไป พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีสถานภาพบุคคล อายุ และระยะเวลาที่สังกัดหรือทำบุญอยู่ในวัดแตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมและทุกรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวม และทุกรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

ABSTRACT

 

             This research study was done with purposes to: 1) study the Buddhist monks’, novices’, and people’s satisfaction towards the administration of the abbot at Takfa Royal Temple Takfa District, Nakhon Sawan Province; 2) compare the Buddhist monks’, novices’, and people’s satisfaction towards the administration of the abbot at  Takfa Royal Temple Takfa District, Nakhon Sawan Province classified by personnel status, age, educational qualification, and duration of staying or making merit at the temple.  The samples used in the study were 150 Buddhist monks and novices staying in the temple, 83 people constantly making merit at the temple drawn using the Taro Yamane formula and stratify random sampling. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed by operating the descriptive statistics including percentage, mean: , and standard deviation: SD. In addition, inferential statistics including one way ANOVA, F-test and Fisher’s least-significant difference: LSD was used.

             The findings were as follows:

             1.  the Buddhist monks’, novices’, and people’s satisfaction towards the administration of the abbot at Takfa Royal Temple Takfa District, Nakhon Sawan Province was rated in overall at a high level.  Considering each aspect, it was found that all the aspects were rated at a high level in the following descending order of mean:     1) educational help aspect, 2) public utility aspect, 3) public help aspect, 4) theology aspect, and 5) Dharma dissemination aspect, respectively.

             2. the comparison of The Buddhist monks’, novices’, and people’s satisfaction towards the administration of the abbot at Takfa Royal Temple fakfa District, Nakhon Sawan Province classified by personnel status was found that samples with differences in personnel status, age, duration of staying or making merit at the temple had different levels of satisfaction in overall and in each aspect at a statistically significant level of .05.  Besides, the samples with different educational qualification had no differences in satisfaction in overall and in each aspect.
