• หรือคิดแล้วทำให้รู้สึกไม่ดีก็พยายามหยุดคิด หยุดปรุงแต่งก่อน
• ยังมีเรื่องดีๆในปัจจุบันที่ต้องทำอีกหลายเรื่อง ความคิดบางครั้งก็ทำให้เราไม่สงบได้ อนาคต อดีต ที่คิดแล้วไม่เกิดประโยชน์แก่ตน แก่ผู้อื่นก็ต้องหยุดใจตัวเองให้เป็น อย่าปล่อยให้จิตวิ่งวุ่นเดียวเครียด..ค่อยคิดค่อยทำไปนะ หลวงน้าให้กำลังใจ
