วันอาทิตย์นี้เป็นวันแม่ของนิวซีแลนด์จ๊ะ Mother's Day is celebrated here in New Zealand on the second Sunday of May, so this year it falls on the 13th.

Mother's Day is a time for husbands and children to give thanks to their Mums.
It is a time to recognise Mothers' tireless efforts in helping run and solve life's everyday problems.
Families should pull together to make this day extra special for Mum. Mother's Day is a day for you to get in touch with your Mum and tell her just how much you care - especially if you live away from home.

A coloured carnation means that a person's mother is living while a white carnation honours a person's mother who is dead. </p><p>สัญลักษณ์ของวันแม่ที่นี่คือ ดอกคาร์เนชั่น ถ้าแม่ยังอยู่ให้ใช้ดอกคาร์เนชั่นที่เป็นสีสัน ส่วนคาร์เนชั่นสีขาวใช้กับแม่ที่ล่วงลับไปแล้ว (What a relief! พึ่งรู้นะเนี่ย เมื่อวานเกือบเลือกคาร์เนชั่นสีขาวมาแล้วเชียว รอดตัวหวุดหวิด)
