การเรียนรู้เพื่อการพัฒนาทักษะ (Bloom, 1956) เป็นอีกด้านหนึ่งที่เราต้องการให้ลูกเราได้เรียนรู้ เคยอึดอัดใจมั๊ย เวลาจะทำอะไรซักอย่างแล้วไม่มี แบบ ให้ดู ? ในการเรียนรู้ด้านทักษะ Harrow (1972) ได้จำแนกระดับการเรียนรู้ไว้ ว่า
การเลียนแบบ ---> การลงมือทำตามคำสั่ง --->การกระทำอย่างสมบูรณ์ ---> การแสดงออก (อวดเก่งและอวดดี ก้อคนมันเก่งอ่ะ) --->การกระทำอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ
แล้วพ่อแม่อย่างเราล่ะอยากให้ลูกเรา แค่เลียนแบบได้เท่านั้น รึ หรืออยากให้เค้าสามารถทำได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ ... และจะสอนลูกเราอย่างไรให้เค้าเป็นอย่างนั้น
I looked at how people make decisions some time ago. I summed it up like 83% by copying existing decisions (what we know, learn or are told); 8% by trial-and-error (by using instinct, insight or hunch); 4% by analysis; 2% by synthesis; and the other 3% by not making decisions ;-) [I could perhaps say that only 14% can make decisions by themselves. Making decision relates to learning: the more decisions we have to make the more we learn. The flipped side of this theory: the more we learn, the more decisions we can make - ourselves.]
