Influencer

We want to change many things, but it seem very hard to accomplish those . Influencer is the way for us to do them happen.

                                  INFLUENCER

 

     Have you ever talked..and talked...and talked to some people hoping they would do the things that you wanted. Although the communication was clear and understandable but the results were still nothing. It seemed like your voice entered from their left ear right past their right ear. And eventually we get upset by it.

 

     Why do these always happen? Are there ways for us to do it better?

Today I will talk with you about the technique on how to influence people and help them do the things that you want. It’s called INFLUENCER .

 

     There are two factors that can make people do anything.

   

     First is Motivation. This is the most important one . If anyone have some aspirations to do anything, they will find the way and intend to do it continuously.

     Second is Ability. This doesn’t strictly refer to their ability but also their believes in their ability to do something. This is because whenever anyone think they can’t do something, they won’t be able to do it even if they can.

 

     So the technique of influencer is giving people both motivation and ability to do something we would like them to do.

 

    Something as great as motivation can’t be created only by simple persuasive talk just like how ability can’t by taught by ordinary talks. Both of these acts must be well designed to suit specific behavior in specific person.

 

     First we must analyze the type of people we would like their behaviours to change. And then find the appropriate way to motivate them before giving them clearer and specific ability to do that.

 

     We must alway stay with them, guide them, monitor them and carefully feedback them periodically. We must help,cheer up and support them when they do mistakes.  Admire and appreciate them for their good jobs.

 

     We all want to be good men. Everyone wants to change themselves to be better. But most of them are not strong enough to do it or they don’t know how to do it .So first we must create the environment in which we can motivate them and improve their ability. And this is the power to influence people and change anything.....BE THE INFLUENCER.
