เพื่อต้อนรับการเปิดภาคเรียนใหม่ได้เสนอแนะการสร้างเทคนิคการสอนสำหรับคุณครูไปแล้ว ขอเสนอแนะเทคนิคการบริหารการศึกษา สด ๆ จากอังกฤษบ้าง

เทคนิคการบริหารการเรียนรู้ของครู

อังกฤษเขาต้องการให้ครูของเขาจัดการเรียนรู้กับโรงเรียนหุ้นส่วน (Partner) ในต่างประเทศ  โรงเรียนใดทำได้ดี ก็จะมีรางวัล  International School Award ให้  ครูแคลร์ จากโรงเรียนหนึ่ง  ได้ทำโครงการจัดการเรียนรู้กับครูสวาท  จันทร์ทะเล จากโรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัย เชียงใหม่ จนโรงเรียนของเธอ ได้รับรางวัล และโรงเรียนยุพราช ก็ได้รับรางวัลนี้จากการทำโครงการร่วมกับต่างประเทศทั้งกับครูแคลร์ และครูจากประเทศอื่น ๆ จากบริติช        เคาน์ซิลด้วย

ครูแคลร์เธอทำโครงการขอมาดูงานที่โรงเรียนยุพราช และขอทุนให้ครูสวาทไปดูงานที่โรงเรียนของเธอ จากทุนของรัฐบาลที่เขากองไว้ให้ครูแล้ว  กลางเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ที่ผ่านมาครูแคลร์มาแล้ว ผมก็ได้มีส่วนร่วมทำต้มยำกุ้งให้กิน และสอนให้ทำผัดไทยให้ไปแล้ว   ปลายเดือนเมษายนที่ผ่านมาครูสวาทก็บินไปดูงานที่โรงเรียนของครูแคลร์ และกำลังเดินทางกลับ

นี่คือการบริหารการเรียนรู้ของครู หรือการพัฒนาครูอีกทางหนึ่ง หากท่านเป็นใหญ่ใน สพฐ. ก็อาจทำให้ครูเราไปอินเตอร์ได้ อีกทาง  หรือ ถ้าท่านเป็นใหญ่ในโรงเรียน ก็น่าจะดัดแปลงใช้แนวคิดนี้ให้คุณครูเก่ง เก่งขึ้นอีก  ได้อีกทางหนึ่ง

ขณะที่ครูสวาท อยู่ที่อังกฤษ ได้อีเมล์มาถึงผม  อ่านดูนะครับ

Sawaddee kha ajarn,
How are you? I and Mayuree, we have been in school for five days and
this is the last day I just finished one class teaching about how to
be a global citizen and presented some creative activities from our
students. In the afternoon we will teach a little bit about Thai
language : how to say or write some words. This week it was such a wet days it is the wettest April in the century. We have only one sunny day on Tuesday.

In school we observed some classes and teach a little bit about
Thailand in some classes : Music , English Literature, ICT, French and Social Studies. We also cooked at school within one hour : the Thai noodle fried with vegetable and shrimp. They liked it very much and finish all. The classes here is a small size classroom it's about
18-20 students.
Every morning there is a staff meeting 5-10 minutes, everyone has to attend by get a daily bulletin sheet which is only one page then the vice director will come on time to read it loud for everyone after that they went to their homeroom and have 20 minutes to meet the students before first subject class begin. Activities in the class was great, it was really active learning and every thing finish within one hour and Just on time! During study hour there is none of student hang around, it's quiet. The teachers work very hard , no chatting eating around only during tea break and lunch break in the staff room not in the office. Our food was paid by the school and our accommodation charged for 10 nights (500 pounds) was supported by the council grant (?) it's a 3 stars hostel. Bed & Breakfast  rate is 2500 baht per day , you can see from the photo, it's very clean and not far from the town square that we can walk back after done some shopping.
Last Saturday Claire took us to Notthingham Castle to visit
Robinhood's land, it's very well kept and we had seen beautiful
sceneries unfortunately it was some rains in between.
I can access internet only some free time at school. Face book,
youtube and hi5 were blocked nobody can access from school.
I have to leave now to greet and give some gift to one teacher (Linsey) who's going to leave the school today to deliver her baby next month. Is there any news from Thailand or Chiang Mai please write. Look forward to hearing from you.
