อาจารย์ป๊อปได้ให้เลือกกรณีศึกษาเพื่อนำมาน้ำเสนอโดยให้หา evidence based เพื่อนำมา support ดิฉันก็นึกถึง csae stroke ที่ฝึกงานที่ศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิกเษก และได้เลือกปัญหาเรื่อง sensory impairedment เนื่องจากเมื่อนึกย้อนไปตอนนั้นรู้สึกว่ายังมีความรู้และให้การบำบัดผู้รับบริการยังไม่เต็มที่เนื่องจากความรู้เรื่องนี้ยังไม่ค่อยมีมากนัก จากการค้นหาหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ก็ได้เลือกงานวิจัยสองเรื่องนี้เพื่อนำมาประกอบการนำเสนอ case study
1. Interventions for sensory impairment in the upper limb after stroke (Doyle S, Bennett S, Fasoli SE, McKenna KT.2011)
-mirror therapy improving detection of light touch, pressure and temperature pain
- thermal stimulation intervention for improving rate of recovery of sensation
- Intermittent pneumatic compression for improving tactile and kinesthetic sensation
2. Mirror Therapy Promotes Recovery From Severe Hemiparesis

- MT patients regained more distal function than CT patients
- MT improved recovery of surface sensibility.
- MT stimulated recovery from hemineglect

- MT early after stroke improve sensory and attentional deficits and
