การนิเทศทางไกล

การเยี่ยมชมห้องเรียนในต่างประเทศโดยใช้วิธีการประชุมทางไกลผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ต : กรณีศึกษาเพื่อการนิเทศ 

ในช่วงเดือนพฤษภาคม ถึงเดือนกรกฎาคม 2553 ที่ผ่านมา ผู้เขียนได้ไปเยี่ยมห้องเรียนของโรงเรียนในประเทศมาเลเซีย อินโดนีเซีย และไต้หวัน ด้วยวิธีการประชุมทางไกลผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ต นับเป็นประสบการณ์ใหม่ที่มีคุณค่าต่อวิชาชีพศึกษานิเทศก์ของตนเอง และคิดว่าจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาวิชาชีพสำหรับท่านอื่นๆ รวมทั้งคุณครูโดยทั่วไป จึงนำมาเล่าสู่กันฟัง

เพื่อเป็นแนวคิดในการพัฒนาการนิเทศแนวใหม่ ที่กำลังพูดกันถึงในปัจจุบัน การเยี่ยมห้องเรียนในมาเลเซีย

ครู Sii Ling ที่ชวนผู้เขียนไปเยี่ยม ก็ได้อีเมล์มาเล่าให้ฟังสองครั้งขอนำมาให้อ่านกัน ดังนี้

Dear Mr Chat,

My BCCC students are very active and interesting.Yes, they are all very smart students. They enjoyed chatting with you today. They have so many questions in mind to ask you. If you can arrange a few BCCC students from Chiengmai to skype with my students, they will be excited.
Anyway, my students will be sitting for their first semester examination from 17 to 27 May. Then, we have our semester break from 28/5 to 20/6.

Dear Mr Chat,
Thanks for your prompt reply. It is definitely a great idea if we can organize activities (as what we did yesterday ) for our BCCC students. It is an excellent

activity to bring the students outside the classroom (skype or video conferencing with any other BCCC partners). My students found it fun and enriching to talk to the LA of Chiengmai, Thailand. They never thought that they could have the opportunity to talk or chat with an important coordinator of BCCC project from Thailand. They gained a great deal of knowledge through chatting with you after we failed to connect on skype as it rained very heavily in Miri, Sarawak at the time we planned to skype with each other. Anyway, the chatting on line was interesting. My students all enjoyed the chatting so much.

My students began to love skyping with other BCCC partners. They are all looking forward to more skype conferecings in the future.
Your ideas are excellent.

ความพึงพอใจของ Sii มีเบื้องหลัง ที่ผู้เขียนช่วยเตรียมการ ซึ่งผู้เขียนได้นำไปบอกเล่าใน Forum ของแว็บไซต์ http://cc.bririshcouncil.org

However I have some ideas from this event to share with teachers and ambassadors.
What we did yesterday I name it “Online Classroom Visiting".
We use ICT tools such as televideo conference (only skype) and email.
If I do the way I did again in the future, these are ideas:


1. Prepare in advance with teachers in advance at least two weeks.
- Two Topics I will talk with students and teacher.
- Questions about the two topics.
- 30 minute chatting.
- Layout of the chatting room of both sides.
= The U-shape of the meeting room for students and teacher.
= The meeting rooms of ambassador and teacher should be seen clearly.
= The teacher and student’s room should have LCD projector in front of the room.
= Two computers with two internet sets- two types of teleconference ICT programs in the opposite side. (of both sides)

- 1-2 times in-classroom rehearsals of chatting.
- 1-2 times rehearsals between ambassador and teacher.

2. Topics to chat should be set by students and teacher.


3. Starting with saying hello between ambassador and teacher/his or her students.
- The first student introduce his/her classroom ,school, friends etc.
- Ambassador ask her about what he/she has presented.
- The second and third student presented what he/she and his/her friend and teacher has planed.
- Ambassador ask about what each student has presented.
- Tele discussion.
- Closure
= Reflection from the teacher, students led by the teacher
and ambassador.
= Talking about the website that they can keep their relationship
that has been started such as facebook, tweeter, school
website.

= Saying good bye . If it is accidentally disconnected email should be used for this. As a not-professional televideo conference we use always fail, we might spare email chatting for the communication.

4. Share your experience in this forum.
These are all ideas to share.. Looking forward to see your replies about these ideas.

Dear All,
I am very happy today. I had a special guest in my CC class this morning.
Mr. Chat Boonya, the LA from Chiangmai came to my class through skype to talk with my students.
3 students from my class speak directly to Mr. Chat. They talked about themselves, our school life and the students' plan for the future. They were really exciting to know each other and to make the conversation on skype. My students really enjoyed the activity and they wanna do it again with other teachers or friends from other schools.
Thanks to Mr. Chat hope you can visit another class someday.
Anybody wanna try this way? let's join me every Thursday in my CC class.

Is this one of the ways?
With your parnarts, you have the same kind of video conference ICT programme such as skype, yahoo chat etc. If your students to hear and see what is going on in your connected classrooms they can just click. But it will be more meaningful if you have planed with your partners about what and when you will have your students connect.

มีคุณครูจาก ประเทศไต้หวันที่ผู้เขียนเคยพบเธอมาก่อน เธอขอให้ผู้เขียนไปเยี่ยมห้องเรียนของเธอที่ตกลงกันครั้งแรก เธอบอกว่าจะมีนักเรียนของเธอจำนวน 6 คน ที่เธอกำลังสอนภาษาอังกฤษ

ต้องการฝึกใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ผู้เขียนก็ได้แนะนำวิธีการไปให้ ในทำนองเดียวกันกับ Sii จากประเทศมาเลเซียหลังจากพบปะนักเรียนของเธอ ซึ่งมีนักเรียนที่มองดูในจอแล้วแล้วประมาณ 20-30 คนแล้ว เธอก็โพสต์ความคิดเห็นของเธอในเว็บไซต์ อย่างไรก็ดี ก็ไม่ได้เป็นไปตามแผนที่ผู้เขียนเสนอเพราะเธอไม่ได้เช็คเมล์ จบการเยี่ยมแล้ว เธออีเมล์ กลับมา ดังนี้

"Dear Papa Chat,
Firstly, thank you and your coworker.
Although we didn't follow your plan(cos I just saw this news after school), we still have a good time with you both.
Students were feeling very excited about today's class.
You know, not all of my students have had a chance to talk to a foreigner before.


Do you remember there was one student who ask the question " What delicious food are there in Thailand?" to you.
After the meeting, I let them share their idea about talking in English with foreigners.
He told us, he is so happy that he could get the chance to speak English to a foreigner and today is also his first time to do this.
It's really touching, isn't it?

I think this must be a really good experience of their junior high school life.
In fact, we are going to have a two month summer vacation from next week July 3rd to Aug 29th.
I wonder that do you have summer vacation? If yes, for how long?
I'm think that if it is possible, our CC class will begin in Aug. 2nd.
We'll stay at school every morning from 9:00 to 12:00.
We all welcome you to visit us again.
Moreover, if we can get a group of Thai students to talk to us, that would be more marvelos.
We hope we can show our pictures to you in the nearly future.

Anyway, thanks again for today's meeting.
