Penalty ประเด็นหลักคือการแจ้งว่าเลยกำหนดส่งมอบ และมีค่าปรับรายวันกี่เปอร์เซ็นต์ของวงเงินสัญญาตามเงื่อนไขสัญญาข้ออะไร

 

สรุปตอนท้ายคือติดตามการส่งมอบ หากถึงกำหนดส่งมอบ แล้วไม่มีการแจ้งการปรับ คู่สัญญาอาจจะนำเป็นเหตุโต้แย้งได้ว่าการส่งมอบตามสัญญานี้ไม่มีกำหนดระยะเวลา

Conditions, Clause….. Liquidated Damages shall apply and delay

penalty will be at the rate of 0.2% per day of the Contract

Price from the date following the specified date of completion up

to the actual date of delivery of activities correctly and completely.

 

Please accelerate all activities as soon as possible to avoid greater

delay penalty.
