Caller : Well... just tell my sister Annie Wan that our brother Noe Wan was involved in an accident. Noe Wan got injured and now Noe Wan is being sent to the hospital. Right now Avery Wan is on his way to the hospital.

Which ones are for greeting someone the very first time you met? Is there such thing except #4 and #5? Any difference between these two? You can't believe the kind of silly questions we ask.

2. How do you do? This sounds very formal to the AmE speaker and is rarely used because it sounds over-formal and like you're trying too hard.
3. How are you doing? Same as #1. Usage note on this one: If you say "How are you doing" with every syllable pronounced, in AmE, it sounds like you are asking them if they are better from a sickness they had or if they're still sad about their girlfriend leaving them. If you say, "How you doin'," which I believe is pretty exclusively New England AmE, more specifically New York/New Jersey AmE, it's just like saying "What's up?" or "How are you?" Though I'd only use this with a friend, or if asked jovially, with an acquaintance. Neither of these are really good for a first meeting.
4. Nice to meet you. -I would use this exclusively when you meet someone after you introduce yourselves. "Hi, my name is Bob," ... "Hi, I'm Jill," ... "Nice to meet you, Jill."
5. Nice meeting you. -This is a parting. It is shortened from "It was nice meeting you." If you say this to someone when you first meet them, it leaves the impression that you leaving immediately after you just met them which is odd.
