The development of health care systems of the movement disability patient at Sakon Nakhon hospital Pichart Dolchalermyuthana , PiyanuchBoonkong Sakon Nakhon hospital วัตถุประสงศ์เพื่อ พัฒนาคุณภาพและศักยภาพการดูแลคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวของสถานบริการสุขภาพเครือข่ายโรงพยาบาลสกลนคร <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal">วิธีการการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยใช้กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อร่วมวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์, ประเมินความต้องการของผู้รับบริการและหน่วยงาน, พัฒนาบุคลากร,วางแผนจัดการระบบ,ดำเนินการตามแผน และร่วมประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน รวบรวม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั้งเชิงคุณภาพ และเชิงปริมาณ</p>ผลการวิจัย พบว่าการพัฒนาระบบโดย 1) จัดบริการสำหรับคนพิการแบบเบ็ดเสร็จ ณ จุดเดียว (One stop service) 2) กระบวนการดูแลสุขภาพครอบคลุมองค์รวมและต่อเนื่อง ทั้ง 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะเตรียมความพร้อม ระยะฝึกทักษะ และระยะให้บริการดูแลสุขภาพที่บ้าน 3)จัดบริการให้คำปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพทางโทรศัพท์ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงที่หมายเลข 042- 715392และ 042-715346 4) ประยุกต์กายอุปกรณ์ที่สามารถผลิตเองได้จากวัสดุในท้องถิ่น ราคาย่อมเยา คุณภาพเทียบเท่ากายอุปกรณ์นำเข้าจากต่างประเทศได้แก่ เตียงออกกำลังแขนขา เตียงนอนขจัดแผลกดทับ Handgrip บริหารนิ้วมือ และรอกบริหารข้อไหล่สรุป ผลลัพธ์การดูแลพบว่า ผู้รับบริการจำนวน 58 ราย ทุกรายได้รับการดูแลจากสถานบริการใกล้บ้าน ระดับความพึงพอใจส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ไม่พบภาวะแทรกซ้อนภายหลังจำหน่าย ไม่มีการกลับมารักษาซ้ำ ภายใน 28 วัน หลังจำหน่าย และระดับคุณภาพชีวิตเพิ่มขึ้นทุกราย คำสำคัญ ; การดูแลสุขภาพ, การพัฒนาระบบ, ผู้พิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว <p style="text-justify: distribute; margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify" class="MsoNormal">Objectives:the objective to improve the quality and potential to health care of the movement disability patient.</p><p style="text-justify: distribute; margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify" class="MsoNormal">Methods: This was participate action research. The participation of stakeholder for situation analysis, access of need from service receivers, human resource development, system management planning, execution and joint process assessment. Data were collected through both qualitative and quantitative methods. </p><p style="text-justify: distribute; margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify" class="MsoNormal">Results: The development of health care system for the movement disability patient by 1) One stop service 2) holistic and continue health care process for 3 phases which is preparation phase, skill improvement phase and home care phase 3) 24 hours phone service for health consulting at 042-715392 and 042-715364. 4) Apply physical equipment which can be made locally with low cost, compatible quality with the imported one such as suspension bed, bed for eliminate bed sore, handgrip for finger exercise and pulley for shoulder exercise. </p><p style="text-justify: distribute; margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify" class="MsoNormal">Conclusion: Health care result found that all of the 58 clients received the nearby service station have the highest satisfactory level, no complication found after the service and no readmission within 28 days after service with the quality of life improvement.</p>Key words: health care, system development, movement disability patient.
ระบบการดูแลผู้พิการของโรงพยาบาลสกลนครจะมีครบครอบคลุมทั้ง 5 ประเภทค่ะพี่หนิง แต่เปาหมูแดงนำเรื่องผู้พิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวมาเป็นประเด็นในการวิจัยและพัฒนาก่อนเพราะเป็นกลุ่มที่มีมากที่สุด สำหรับการจัดบริการในกลุ่มผู้พิการสายตาจะให้บริการตามมาตรฐานของสปสช. ค่ะ เช่น ตรวจวัดสายตา จัดหาอุปกรณ์ และ จัดทำบัตรผู้พิการ เป็นต้น
