ขอฝาก ให้รัฐบาล ช่วยยกระดับ ค่าจ้าง ของชาวนาให้ด้วย คือ ราคาข้าวเปลือก เมื่อ 40 ปีก่อนนี้ เกวียนละ 1 บาททอง (เกวียนละ 400 บาท = 1 บาททอง )
ปัจจุบันราคาตกลงมาก เหลือเกวียนละ สลึงกว่า ๆ (เกวียนละ 6,000 บาท ปัจจุบันทองราคา บาทละ 20,000 บาท) หากราคาข้าวเปลือก (ค่าจ้างแรงงานของชาวนา) ยังราคาเท่านี้ ชาวนาจะขายที่ดิน กันหมด จะไม่มีใครผลิตข้าวเลี้ยงชาวโลกนะครับ
คิดว่าข้าวเปลือกในปัจจุบัน ควรเกวียนละ 20,000 บาท (1บาททอง) จึงจะเป็นราคาที่เกษตรกรจะอยู่ได้ โดยไม่ต้องขายที่ดิน ได้โปรดช่วยชาวนาไทยด้วย ครับ

Here in AUS a kilogram of Thai jasmine rice (milled and bagged) is around AUD2.50 (70 Baht). The global retail price (in supermarkets) is much the same. The price of same in 'world market' (wholesalers) is about USD850 per ton (but competition pricing from Vietnam, Cambodia, India,... is strong). Farmers usually get about USD500.
Who benefits most from this margin (between farmers' and retailers prices)? Why don't farmers do marketing themselves?
