Choose one bioinformatics tool which is available from public domain,

either web resources or user needs to download the tool and install on

his/her computer.

Then show us step by step of how to use this

bioinformatics tool by capturing the image displayed on the monitor

screen plus your written explanation.

Post the finish assignment on your (free) homepage, and then submit to us the URL.

The deadline will be Nov 15, 2005 at 16.30.
(This system will refuse to accept your assignment after 16.30pm).

ATTENTION!!!!

1. Not allow to use bioinformatics tools that have been published in the text book;เรียนโปรแกรมชีวสารสนเทศด้วยตนเอง and/or shown in multimedia CD-ROM, Bio-IT.

2. Not allow to use the same bioinformatics tool that your friends has already submitted to us .

We will soon post the list of bioinformatics tool that

participants from in each group have submitted, on a daily-basis. You

can check the list. We will consider the one who submit first, on the

first come, first served basis. Those who submit the same tool latter on

will be asked to submit another tool instead.

Then hurry up to finish this task, the sooner is the better.
