No idea! There are no "common" distinctive features of a tilobite (insectlike, segments, lot of legs,...
Can you tell us about the sizes. the place where it is found, types of rocks/soils/strata,... so we can work out the possible periods (or age), possible environments,... that thing lived... ?
Oops, I should have typed "trilobite" (note the "r" after the first "t").
And if we search the Net for "trilobite fossil" we can see what many trilobites look like. ;-)
