On November 20, 2014, Kid Pen Kao Pen with Dr. Chira TV Program broadcast the first episode of ASEAN Plus Three Tourism Students Summit 2014 on TGN Channel at 21.05 hrs. This episode introduced the background of this project. ASEAN Plus Three Youth Network Development Project under Tourism and Sport Cooperation Strategy Development and Driving Project for AEC or ASEAN Plus Three Tourism Students Summit 2014 was an important pilot project but was the third year project organized for the Ministry of Tourism and Sports. The objective was to promote Thailand's image as ASEAN tourism hub. ASEAN Division, Ministry of Tourism and Sports assigned Foundation for International Human Resource Development (FIHRD) to work with Suan Sunandhan Rajabhat University. Prof. Dr. Chira Hongladarom was the director of ASEAN Plus Three Youth Network Development Project under Tourism and Sport Cooperation Strategy Development and Driving Project for AEC. This project was organized on October 19-26, 2014 in Bangkok and Pattaya City, Chonburi. There were total 50 participants consisting of youths, and head of delegation of each country. 13 participating countries were Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malyasia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, China, Japan and South Korea. They came together to create tourism network based on 3V's as follows.

The goal was for promoting sustainable tourism in the future. ASEAN youth group can exchange learning, create network and drive cooperation as young tourism ambassador worldwide in the future.

On November 27, 2014, Kid Pen Kao Pen with Dr. Chira TV Program broadcast the second episode of ASEAN Plus Three Tourism Students Summit 2014 on TGN Channel at 21.05 hrs. This episode presented the participants' study visit to Nong Nooch Garden & Resort. Instead of gardening only, trees and flowers are designed and accommodations and theater are built to become tourism value creation. The important thing is that they want Nong Nooch Garden & Resort to be world-class. They were awarded Chelsea Flower Show, the world's largest flower contest award for 5 consecutive times. There were themes on culture, religion and the King. Nong Nooch Garden & Resort staff's presentation focused on people. After that, the participants learnt Som Tum and Thai boxing. On the final day, the participants presented group projects as follows.

The first group focused on the use of Digital Capital. Instead of standalone linkage, they wanted to have linkage by Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. They would follow 4 steps. The first step is to link 70 people together. The second step is to have the second phase of the project to link with them. The third step is ASEAN linkage. The fourth step is global linkage. The second group focused on value creation for marketing. Sport tourism is generating value added. Instead of focusing on entertainment, pop-culture tourism combines with tourism by having main characters and producing YouTube VDO at one place of 13 countries to attract tourists. Prof. Dr. Chira Hongladarom recommended that pop culture should not focus on city inhabitants like people singing K-Pop songs. Mae Kam Pong can be a good case study. The third group focused on Green Tourism and cited an example to have Green tourism village in ASEAN. Prof. Dr. Chira Hongladarom recommended that Green Tourism should not only focus on village level, but also in large city as Green City like Beijing. The fourth group focused on tourism and sport database. They would take tourism supply information like tourist arrivals and demand the tourists in the future to put in the table like Google and Facebook systems. The fifth group focused on capital development. They proposed the establishment of international human resource institute.
