 “กิจกรรมบำบัดฝ่ายเด็ก” ความรู้จากการฟังสัมมมา

 

                ต่อเนื่องจากบันทึกที่แล้ว ที่กล่าวถึง กิจกรรมบำบัดฝ่ายจิตสังคมและฝ่ายกาย  บันทึกนี้ข้าพเจ้าขอกล่าวถึงการสัมมนาจากอาจารย์ผู้ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านกิจกรรมบำบัดฝ่ายเด็ก  อ.ดร.กันนิกา  เพิ่มพูนพัฒนา  สัมมนาในหัวข้อ กิจกรรมบำบัดในฝ่ายเด็ก  จากการฟังการสัมมาสามารถถอดบทเรียนได้ดังนี้

               บทบาทของนักกิจกรรมบำบัดในฝ่ายเด็ก คือ  นักกิจกรรมบำบัดควรมีการประเมินความสามารถ เพื่อหาปัญหา และตั้งเป้าประสงค์ในการรักษาให้เหมาะสม โดยนักกิจกรรมบำบัดควรให้ความสำคัญทั้งเด็กที่มีความบกพร่อง พัฒนาการช้า และเด็กที่มีพัฒนาการปกติ เพื่อส่งเสริมให้เด็กได้รับการส่งเสริมหรือพัฒนาให้เหมาะสม  โดยผู้ปกครองเป็นบริบทที่สำคัญมากในการส่งเสริมเด็กๆดังกล่าว ดังนั้นนักกิจกรรมบำบัดควรสร้างแรงจูงใจ และให้ผู้ปกครองเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการรักษา รวมทั้งกลับไปพัฒนาเด็กต่อที่บ้าน(home program)  เพื่อให้เด็กเกิดประสิทธิภาพในการบำบัดรักษามายิ่งขึ้น  นอกจากนี้นักกิจกรรมบำบัดควรมีการปรับ ประยุกต์ กิจกรรมการรักษาอยู่ตลอดเวลา โดยคำนึงถึงบริบทเป็นสำคัญ ไม่ใช้อุปกรณ์หรือสื่อที่มีราคาแพง เพราะสิ่งที่อยู่รอบตัวเด็กเป็นสิ่งที่ดีที่สุด เพราะเป้าประสงค์สูงสุดของกนักกิจกรรมบำบัด คือการที่เด็กสามารถใช้ชีวิตที่บ้าน ที่โรงเรียน และสังคมได้ตามความสามารถและมีความสุข อาจารย์ได้ยกตัวอย่างกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจที่สอดคล้องกับประเพณีวัฒนธรรมของประเทศไทย นั้นคือ ประเพณีลอยกระทง ซึ่งสามารถกระตุ้นการรับรู้ของเด็กได้หลายระบบ ทั้งแสง สี เสียง เป็นต้น

           แต่ในปัจจุบันจำนวนนักกิจกรรมบำบัดยังมีจำนวนน้อย เพียงพอต่อจำนวนผู้รับบริการฝ่ายเด็ก ซึ่งส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการบำบัดรักษา  ดังนั้นการที่ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมในการบำบัดรักษา จะทำให้การรักษามีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น

         การที่จะพัฒนากิจกรรมบำบัดในอนาคต  5 , 10 ปี   หรือการพัฒนากิจกรรมบำบัดเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมต้อนรับประชาคม        เศรษฐกิจอาเซียน มีแนวทางคือ  นักกิจกรรมบำบัดควรจะให้ความสำคัญทั้ง health promotion ทั้งในเด็กที่ปกติและมีความผิดปกติ    มี health prevention ตั้งแต่การวางแผนครอบครัว การตั้งครรภ์  และหลังจากคลอด   ซึ่งเป็นบทบาทที่สำคัญและน่าสนใจมากสำหรับนักศึกษากิจกรรมบัดอย่างข้าพเจ้า

         ขอขอบคุณอาจารย์สำหรับคำสอนที่บอกว่า ผลของการรักษาที่ดี คือรอยยิ้มของเด็ก  มันทำให้รู้สึกมีคุณค่าในวิชาชีพ และอาจารย์ถือเป็นแรงบันดาลใจที่ดีสำหรับการเป็นนักกิจกรรมบำบัดของนักศึกษาคนนี้ค่ะ

" Occupational therapy for Pediatric " knowledge from listening Seminar .

                Further notes that mentioned the mental and physical dysfunction field . I mentioned this record seminars of teachers with expertise in occupational therapy for pediatric, Dr. Kannika  Permpoonpatana  . Seminar Occupational therapy for pediatric Lessons learned from listening as follows.

The role of occupational therapy in the therapy for  pediatric  should be evaluated for their ability to find problems and set goals to maintain them properly. Therapist should focus both children with disabilities and normal development . To encourage children to be encouraged or developed properly. Parental context is very important in the promotion of such children . Therefore, therapist  should be motivating  and took parents part in the treatment. Including a return to child development at home (home program) to be effective in the treatment of children even further. In addition, therapist  should be adjusted application of therapeutic activity over time. Context is important Do not use the device or media is expensive. Because what is good around children as possible. The ultimate goal of this therapy . Is that children can live at home, school and community as capable and happy. I have examples of activities that are consistent with the traditional culture of Thailand is Loy  Kra Tong . Which can stimulate a child's perception of the light and sound system and so on.

              However , the current number of occupational therapists also a small number . Adequate subscribers for kids . Which affects the efficiency of the treatment. Therefore , parents are involved in the treatment   make the treatment more effective .

               To develop occupational therapy in the future, five , 10 years or developing occupational therapy to prepare to welcome the AEC were: the therapist should be a priority for both health promotion in children with normal and abnormal . health prevention , family planning , pregnancy and after birth. Whose role is more important and interesting treatment activities for students like me .

              Thank you teachers for teaching me. Result of better treatment is The Smile of a Child It makes sense to have the value of the profession . And teachers are the inspiration for   me.
