An online report attracted me this morning, so I asked Google : "effects of sugar on skin and aging".

And the answers are bad news. Several research findings (go back some 5 years) say

     "sugar makes you look old";

     sugar shrinks your collagen cells;

     sugar is an aging agent, ...

What about other health conditions? I asked Google : " effects of sugar on healths".

And I summed up these points: apart from OBESITY,

- increase your risk of developing diabetes
- may cause acne or other skin conditions
- can hurt your heart
- increase your risk of depression
- increase your risk of yeast/bacterium infection
- increase your risk of cancer

It is clear that we should list sugar among toxic substances at least among high health hazard agents.

I only found one possible use of brown suagr that may be good for you. Use it to rub your skin when you take a bath!

There is a cause for concern when we poison our children with sugar loaded drinks, cakes, ice cream, sweets, lolly pops, candies,... and we do it as a reward to our own children for good behaviour!

Processed food manufacturers don't care if they poison our children for profit. They load sugar into biscuits, snacks, ... We know high carbohydrate food and sugar are double whammy: first refined flour in fats and salts to get your children filled up then sugar to make sure they stay hungry --and OLD---.

Why do we reward and kill our good children? I guess I'd never understand or know.
