เรียนจบแล้ว 1 รายวิชาจาก Coursera

บันทึกไว้เป็นหลักฐานว่า ในที่สุดก็สามารถพยายามเรียนออนไลน์กับระบบ Coursera จบแล้วเป็นวิชาแรก ณ วันที่ 21 ตุลาคม 2555

หลังจากลงทะเบียนเรียน (ฟรี) ทางออนไลน์ กับระบบ Coursera ไปหลายวิชา จบบ้างไม่จบบ้าง แต่ในที่สุด ก็พยายามจบจนได้ 1 รายวิชา นั่นคือวิชา Networked Life ของ Professor Michael Kearns จาก Dept. Computer and Information Science, University of Pennsylvania เริ่มเรียนตั้งแต่ 10 กันยายน-22 ตุลาคม 2555 ระยะเวลารวมทั้งสิ้น 6 สัปดาห์

วิธีการเรียนคือ ดู video lecture แล้วทำ Quiz หลังจบแต่ละตอน มีทั้งหมดด้วยกัน 23 ตอน ไม่มีการบ้านหรือสอบ midterm, final เหมือนรายวิชาอื่นๆ อาจารย์ใจดีมากเพราะอนุญาตให้ทำ quiz ได้ 2 รอบ แล้วเลือกคะแนนสูงสุด ทำให้ค่อยยังชั่วหน่อย (เลยจบได้)

วิชานี้ เป็นการผสมผสานระหว่างหลายศาสตร์เข้าด้วยกัน ทั้งคอมพิวเตอร์ คณิตศาสตร์ สารสนเทศศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ และเศรษฐศาสตร์ ขณะนี้กำลังเรียนอีก 1 รายวิชา ของอาจารย์จาก University of Michigan … ใช้เวลา 8 สัปดาห์ ถ้าจบโดยไม่ drop ไปเสียก่อน แล้วจะมาเล่าให้ฟังค่ะ
