ที่ usa เขาต้องการตำรวย ที่ทำข้อสอบวัด IQ  40 ข้อ ได้ 21-22  (IQ 104)  ไม่โง่หรือฉลาดเกินไป  แต่ต่ำกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยเล็กน้อย (เพราะปชช. Usa มี IQเฉลี่ย ประมาณ 108) 

  ส่วนนาย ร็อบ จอร์แดน แกทำได้ถึง 33 ข้อ (IQ 125) เลยถูกปฏิเสธ  แกเลยฟ้องศาล แต่แพ้คดีความถึงสองศาล

 

ข้อแก้ต่างของฝ่ายตำรวจคือ   เขาประสบมาว่าพวก IQ สูงส่วนใหญ่มักลาออกเนื่องจากเบื่ออาชีพ ... ทำให้สูญเสียงบประมาณมหาศาลในการฝึกฝนตำรวจ

 

ส่วนไทยเรา ตำรวย ฉลาดมากที่สุด   สอบเข้ายากที่สุดในบรรดารร.ทหารตำรวจ (ร้อย เรือ เรือกาด ร้อยหรวด)  ...ขนาดรร.นายเรือ ที่คนไม่นิยม ยังสมัคร 15,000 เอาแค่ 45 คนเลย

 

แต่ที่ไทยต่างจาก usa มหันต์คือ ตำรวจไทยแม้ฉลาดสุดๆ แต่มีคนลาออกน้อยมากอย่างเหลือเชื่อ   ในประวัติศาสตร์น่าจะมีเพียงคนเดียว คือ  พตท. จุดๆๆ   ....ที่ลาออกก็ใช่ว่าเพราะไม่ชอบอาชีพนี้ แต่เพราะใช้อาชีพนี้ไต่เต้าทำธุรกิจมาเพียงพอแล้วต่างหาก  ...ส่วนพตต. อนันต์ เสนาขันธ์ ...พตต. ประชา พูนวิวัฒน์  นั้นไม่แน่ใจ อาจลาออกก็เป็นได้ ...แม้กระนั้นก็น้อยมากๆ ...

 

รุ่นเกียมตะหานผมทั้งรุ่น ไม่มีตำรวจ 60 คนลาออกสักคน 

..ทหารบก  300 ลาออกสัก 5 เห็นจะได้ ไปเป็นนักบิน ผู้บริหาร นักการเมือง

..ส่วนตะหานเรือมีสัดส่วนลาออกมากที่สุด รุ่นผมประมาณ 100 คน ตกออกเสีย  40  ลาออกหลังจบการศึกษาอีก  20 เห็นจะได้.... ไปเป็นกัปตันเรือ นำร่องเรือ  วิศวกรเรือ น้กบิน นักธุรกิจ ล็อบบี้ยิสต์ทางการเมือง นายหน้าขายอาวุธ  ที่แปลกคือไปเป็นครูบ้านนอก เสียอีก 1 คน

ทหารอากาศ 60 ลาออกสัก  10 ....ไปเป็นนักบิน วิศวกรการบิน

A US man has been rejected in his bid to become a police officer for scoring too high on an intelligence test.

Robert Jordan, a 49-year-old college graduate, took an exam to join the New London police, in Connecticut, in 1996 and scored 33 points, the equivalent of an IQ of 125.

But New London police interviewed only candidates who scored 20 to 27, on the theory that those who scored too high could get bored with police work and leave soon after undergoing costly training.

Mr Jordan launched a federal lawsuit against the city, but lost.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York upheld a lower court’s decision that the city did not discriminate against Mr Jordan because the same standards were applied to everyone who took the test.

He said: “This kind of puts an official face on discrimination in America against people of a certain class. I maintain you have no more control over your basic intelligence than your eye color or your gender or anything else.”

He said he does not plan to take any further legal action and has worked as a prison guard since he took the test.

The average score nationally for police officers is 21 to 22, the equivalent of an IQ of 104, or just a little above average.
