วันนี้ได้รับ e mail. จากคุณ Intiranee เจ้าหน้าที่ของ UNESCO. ว่าจะมาช่วยฟื้นฟูศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน ใน กศน.จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ขอข้อมูลว่า ศรช. หรือ กศน.ตำบลนั้น ได้รับความเสียหาย. ทั้ง 209 แห่งหรือไม่ นักศึกษาได้รับผลกระทบประมาณกี่คน ประมาณการที่ต้องการสนับสนุนงบประมาณเพื่อการฟื้นฟู รวมถึงการเปิดบัญชีธนาคารสำหรับรับเงินโอนจากต่างประเทศ ดังนี้

Dear Dr. Disakul,  

 I hope this e-mail finds you well naka.   I would like to inform you that last Saturday, four UNESCO staff members informally visited Muang District NFE Office in Ayutthaya province to see the real situation of CLC damaged by flood.  We met the Director, Mr. Panich and some NFE staff there. We also had a chance to visit Koh Rien CLC.  In this connection, UNESCO is pleased to volunteer in cleaning up at least two CLCs this Saturday.   In order to document and inform all stakeholders for their support,  we would like to request you to kindly provide information (in Ayutthaya province) below.    

         1.       How many CLCs are damaged? All 209?

         2.       How many learners are affected (estimation)?

         3.       How much cost required for the recovery?

         4.       May we know the recovery plan and funding sources?

          5.       Would it be possible to make a special bank account to receive funds from private sectors and people in and out of country?   Thank you so much and hope to meet you soon.
