The purposes of this research are, (1) for studying condition and environmental  key factors which are affected to the management of Thai pineapple preservation industry, (2) for Analyzing factors which affected to management effectiveness of Thai pineapple reservation industry, (3) for offering effective pattern to entrepreneurs of Thai pineapple reservation industry. The research has been done both with quantitative and qualitative by using questionnaires for collecting quantitative data from entrepreneurs in Thai pineapple preservation industry which are registered in department of business registration and 50 remaining in number. In qualitative research, it’s used interviewing 10 qualificative persons in Thai pineapple preservation industry. Statistics used in anaysing data are percentage, means, standard deviation, correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis by enter.

 

The research found that ( )

  1. There are 9 factors that affect to management efficiency of entrepreneurs of Thai pineapple preservation industry with high percentage. Those are respectively quality management, strategic planning, product development, production process management, management of relation with concerned industries, management, management of state relation, management of production labour and internal system management. There are 3 factors that have general averages with medium level those are respectively raw material management, marketing management and management of relation in industrial groups.

  2. The factors affect positively to management efficiency of entrepreneurs of Thai pineapple preservation industry those are production process management, product development, marketing management, management of state relation, management of concerned industrial relation and management of internal system. The factors negatively affect to management efficiency of entrepreneurs of Thai pineapple preservation industry those are planning of strategic definition, management of relation in industrial group, quality management, management of production labour and raw material management.

  3. There are 11 factors affected to management efficiency of entrepreneurs of Thai pineapple preservation industry. Those can explain management  efficiency at 84.4 percent, can be shown in equation of relation between the factors that effected to management efficiency of Thai pineapple preservation industry. Those are;
