เริ่มจากก้าวแรกที่ได้เดินเข้าไปภายในพิพิธภัณฑ์ บรรยากาศรอบ ๆ ดีมาก ติดริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา มีต้นไม้นานาชนิด เมื่อเข้าไปในพิพิธภัณฑ์หรือวังบางขุนพรหม ภายในตกแต่งสวยงามมาก พี่วิทยากรก็เริ่มให้ความรู้เกี่ยวประวัติเงินตราในประเทศไทยว่าเริ่มต้นมาจากรัชกาลใด แล้วใช้อะไรเป็นส่วนประกอบในการทำเหรียญ พอพี่วิทยากรพูดจบก็ มีการฉายวีดีโอ เกี่ยวกับประวัติท่านเจ้าของวังบางขุนพรหม หลังจากชมเสร็จ ก็ได้พักรับประทานอาหารว่าง หลังจากนั้นพี่วิทยากรพาเข้าเยี่ยมชนนิทรรศการต่าง ทั้ง เหรียญสมัยสุโขทัย สมัยอยุธยา และเหรียญสมัยต่าง ๆ ได้พบสิ่งที่เอาไว้สู่ขอหญิงสาว รู้วิธีการทำเหรียญว่าผลิตอย่างไร กว่าจะได้มาเป็นเหรียญพดด้วง และสิ่งที่ฉันชอบมากที่สุดที่ได้มาที่พิพิธภัณฑ์แห่งนี้คือ ห้องสีชมพู เป็นห้องที่สวยงามมาก และ ห้องที่จัดแสดงประวัติท่านเจ้าของวังบางขุนพรหมแห่งนี้ มีทั้งสิ่งของ เครื่องใช้ ส่วนพระองค์ ทั้งปืน ร่ม เครื่องทรง ซึ่งเป็นของสมัยก่อนที่หาชมได้ยากมาก

ดิฉันมีความรู้สึกดีใจ และตื่นเต้น ที่จะไปศึกษาไปดูงาน เพื่อที่จะได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย และประวัติความเป็นมาของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับการทำงาน การปฏิบัติงาน
ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 14 เดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ.2554 ดิฉันได้ไปดูงานที่พิพิธภัณฑ์ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ตั้งอยู่ แยกบางขุนพรม ดิฉันได้เข้าไปรู้สึกว่า พิพิธภัณฑ์เป็นสถานที่สวยงาม และได้พบว่าพี่วิทยากรของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ได้อธิบายประวัติของวังบางขุนพรม ได้มีการตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับธนาคารแห่งไทย ได้รู้ว่าประเทศไทยต้องใช้เงินเป็นจำนวนมาก ในการบริหารประเทศ จำนวนการผลิตประมาณ 30,000 ล้านใบ เป็นจำนวนเงิน 1,000,000 ล้านบาท และยังได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้เงิน ได้เห็นวัตถุจริง ลักษณะของเหรียญเก่า และยังได้อีกว่า บัตรช่วยชาติ ได้มีการใช้มานานแล้ว โดยเริ่มใช้ใน พุทธศักราช 2483 เป็นสิ่งหนึ่งที่บุคคลภายนอกยังไม่รู้ และควรได้รับรู้
การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ ได้รับความรู้ และได้รับสาระประโยชน์มาก

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ผ่านมาผมได้ไปธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยหรือพิพิธธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย สิ่งที่ผมได้รับคือความรู้และประวัติความเป็นมา ผู้ที่ให้ความรู้เราเป็นวิทยากร ซึ่งได้ทำงานในธนาคารแห่งชาติ เขาเป็นผู้ที่มีอัธยาศัยดีและเป็นกันเองกับนักศึกษา ได้ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวแนวโน้มเศรษฐกิจทั้งปัจจุบันและอนาคต และได้มีการถามตอบเกี่ยวกับเรื่องการเงินเช่นในแต่ละปีจะมีการผลิตธนบัตรประมาณ30,000ใบหรือมูลค่าของธนบัตรทั้งหมดมีมูลค่ากว่า100ล้านล้านบาท จากนั้นได้ชมวีดีโอเกี่ยวกับประวัติของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยเวลา 15 นาที ว่าพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวรัชกาลที่ 5 พระราชทานที่ดินนี้แก่ สมเด็จพระบรมวงศ์เธอ เจ้าฟ้าบริพัตรสุขุมพันธุ์ กรมพระนครสวรรค์วรพินิต หลังจากนั้นพระมาดา “สมเด็จพระปิตุจฉาเจ้า สุขุมาลมารศรี พระอัครราชเทวี”ได้ทรงเป็นพระธุระจัดการเรื่องต่างๆในขณะที่ทูลกระหม่อมยังทรงศึกษาอยู่ ณ ทวีปยุโรป ครั้นทูลกลับมาเสด็จเป็นการชั่วคราว ในปี พ.ศ.2444 จึงมีกำหนดชัดเจนว่าจะประทับการถาวรใน พ.ศ.2446 โดยวังบางขุนพรหมสร้างเสร็จและมีพิธีขึ้นพระตำนักใหม่ เมื่อวันที่28 ธ.ค.2449
หลังจากนั้นผมได้มารับประทานของว่างพร้อมกาแฟที่ร่อยมาก แล้วก็ได้เข้าไปเยี่ยมชมห้องเปิดโลกเงินตราไทย ซึ่งมีเงินตราโบราณ เงินพดด้วงและเหรียญกษาปณ์ไทย ห้องธนบัตรไทยได้จัดแสดงวิวัฒนาการ การใช้เงินกระดาษในระบบเงินตราไทย ตั้งแต่ “หมาย” “ใบพระราชทานเงินตรา” “อัฐกระดาษ” “บัตรธนาคาร” ‘ตั๋วเงินกระดาษ”หรือ “กระดาษหลวง” มาจนถึงธนบัตรที่ใช้กันอยู่ทุกวันนี้ จากนั้นก็เข้าไปเยี่ยมชมห้องอื่นๆพร้อมด้วยข้อมูลและความรู้ ผมรู้สึกประทับใจมากในการมาธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยในครั้งนี้

ภายใน BOT ก็จะแบ่งเป็นห้องจัดแสดงในเรื่องต่างๆ เช่น ห้องที่จัดแสดงความเป็นมาของประเทศไทย ลักษณะของเงินเหรียญในลักษณะต่างๆตั้งแต่สมัยก่อนจนถึงปัจจุบัน ที่มีตั้งแต่ก่อนหินที่มีชนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 8 เมตร ซึ่งมีขนาดใหญ่มากเอาไว้เวลาไปสู่ขอเจ้าสาว เงินที่ทำมาจากขนนก ปี้เป็นเงินสำหรับไว้เล่นกานพนัน เป็นต้น ทำไห้ได้ทราบวิวัฒนาการการผลิตเหรียญว่าผลิตมาจากอะไรบ้าง เงินตราในสมัยก่อนก้จะมีรูปร่างหน้าตาหลายแบบ เช่น เงินพดด้วงก็จะทำมาจากแท่งเงินทุบเข้าหากันให้กลมแล้วประทับตราแผ่นดิน และตราประจำรัชกาล ซึ่งแต่ละยุคแต่ละสมัยก้จะไม่ซ้ำกัน โดยส่วนตัวฉันคิดว่าเงินตราสมัยก่อนสวยกว่าสมัยนี้แต่อาจจะพกติดตัวได้อยากเพราะรูปร่างลักษณะ ห้องจัดแสดงธนบัตรแบบต่างๆที่มีตั้งแต่แบงค์ขนาดเท่าปัจจุบันไปจนถึงแบงค์ขนากใหญ่ในสมัยก่อน แบงค์ที่ผลิตออกมาในโอกาสพิเศษต่าง เช่นแบงค์ห้าแสนบาท แบงค์หกสิบบาท เป็นต้น การขนเงินในสมัยก่อนก็จะนำเงินใส่ในหีบแล้วขนทางรถไฟซึ่งก็จะพวกโจรมาปล้นระหว่างทาง มีตู้จัดแสดงทองคำแทงขนาดใหญ่ มีพันธบัตรแบบต่างๆซึ่งเป็นเงินคงคลังของรัฐบาล

These included the final attire worn by the Prince on the date of his passing , a cloisonné gold clip bearing the royal insignia , and hand-written musical compositions. จากที่ดิฉันได้ไปศึกษาดูงานที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ดิฉันได้มีความรู้มากมายเกี่ยวกับประวัติความเป็นมาของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย รู้จักเหรียญเงินตราในยุคสมัยต่างๆ และได้ชมวีดีทัศน์พระประวัติด้วยเทคนิคจิภาพ(Magic Vision) และได้เดินแวะชมไปยังห้องต่างๆ และดิฉันก็ได้รู้ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยได้ผลิตธนบัตรขึ้นมาปีละ 3,000 ล้านฉบับ มีมูลค่า100,000,000 ล้านบาท
พิพิธภัณฑ์ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ได้จัดแสดงเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับเงินตรา ประวัติสาสตร์และบทบาทหน้าที่ธนาคารกลางของประเทศ ตลอดจนเรื่องราวของวังบางขุนพรม เพื่อให้ความรู้แก่ผู้เรียนทั้งการศึกษาและการศึกษานอกระบบ และการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย

นอกจากนี้ยังมีสิ่งของจัดแสดงที่ทรงคุณค่า เช่น ฉลองพระองค์ชุดสุดท้าย แหนบบริพัตร เครื่องมุกส่วนพระองค์โน้ตเพลงลายพระหัตถ์ และมีคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับสืบค้นข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสมเด็จเจ้าฟ้าฯ กรมพระนครสวรรค์วรพินิต
และวังบางขุนพรมอย่างละเอียด

ดิฉันรู้สึกประทับใจและตื่นเต้นเป็นอย่างมาก ตั้งแต่เริ่มเดินเข้าไปในธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยแล้ว ดิฉันรู้สึกได้ถึงสภาพบรรยากาศโดยรอบๆ ที่สวยงามและร่มรื่นดูแล้วไม่เหมือนอยู่ในตัวเมืองกรุงเทพฯเลย รวมถึงตัวอาคารพิพิธภัณฑ์ยังมีการสร้างสถาปัตยกรรมสไตล์ยุโรปดูแล้วงดงามร่วมสมัย และภายในมีการตกแต่งที่สวยงามอีกด้วย อีกทั้งการจัดแสดงในพิพิธภัณฑ์มุ่งให้ทั้งความรู้และความเพลิดเพลินแก่ผู้เข้าชม โดยใช้เทคนิคต่าง ๆ ที่ดึงดูดความสนใจของผู้เข้าชมมีการนำระบบแสง-เสียง เทคนิคฉากละคร (Diorama) ระบบมัลติมีเดีย ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์กราฟิก ฯลฯ เข้าร่วมในการนำเสนอ ทำให้ดิฉันไม่รู้สึกจำเจกับการดูการจัดแสดง และได้ความรู้มากมายเกี่ยวกับประวัติความเป็นมาของพิพิธภัณฑ์ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (วังบางขุนพรหม) ,ประวัติความเป็นมาและลักษณะของเงิน , การพิมพ์ธนบัตร,และพันธบัตรไทย เป็นต้น และการได้ไปดูงานในครั้งนี้เป็นสิ่งที่ประทับใจและน่าจดจำไปอีกนานเลยทีเดียว

ผมเคยนั่งรถผ่านธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยแต่ไม่เคยเข้าไปข้างในเลย เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ผ่านมาก็ได้มีโอกาสเข้าไปศึกษาดูงานที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย โดยเข้าไปศึกษาดูงานที่พิพิธภัณฑ์ มีชื่อว่า "วังบางขุนพรม" บริเวณรอบวังนั้นได้มีการปลูกต้นไม้มีหญ้าดูร่มรื่นสวยงาม โดยตัววังนั้นมีการก่อสร้างด้วยสถาปัตยกรรมแบบเรอเนซองส์ วังบางขุนพรมนั้นได้เปลี่ยนมาเป็นธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2488 โดยภายในวังบางขุนพรมนั้นจะมีการจัดแสดงเงินตราในสมัยก่อนๆ ก่อนที่จะมาเป็นเงินตราในรูปแบบปัจจุบันซึ่งถือว่าเป็นการศึกษาดูงานที่ดีเพราะเราได้เห็นของจริงนอกเหนือจากในตำราหนังสือ รูปแบบของเงินตราก็ได้มีการปรับเปลี่ยนมาหลายยุคหลายสมัยซึ่งทำให้สะดวกต่อการนำมาใช้มากขึ้น ในพิพิธภัณฑ์วังบางขุนพรมนั้นนอกจากจะมีเงินตราในสมัยต่างๆแล้วก็ ยังมีการบอกประวัติความเป็นมาของวังบางขุนพรมอีกด้วย ซึ่งข้อมูลเหล่านี้ทำให้เราได้รู้ถึงความเป็นมาของเงินตราประวัติของวังบางขุมพรมจนกลายมาเป็นธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยในปัจจุบัน การตอนรับของทางธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยนั้นผมรู้สึกประทับใจมากมีพี่วิทยากรมาบรรยายให้ความรู้ซึ่งเป็นความรู้ที่สำคำคัญของนักศึกษาเอกการเงินการธนาคาร มีของมาแจกสำหรับคนที่ตอบคำถามได้และมีการเลี้ยงอาหารว่าง
