ศึกษาดูงาน ณ ประเทศสิงคโปร์

วันที่ ๑๓ กันยายน ๒๕๕๓ ตามกำหนดการคณะของเราจะต้องเดินทางไปศึกษาดูงานที่ สำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด ของสิงคโปร์ ฝ่ายประสานงานได้แจ้งให้ทุกคนพร้อมกัน ณ ห้องโถงของ โรงแรมออร์ชาด พาราเด เวลา ๐๘.๐๐ น. และมีกำหนดการที่จะต้องไปศึกษาดูงานเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการองค์ความรู้ของอัยการสิงคโปร์ โดยมีกำหนดการ ดังนี้

Case Study: Criminal Justice and State Prosecution Divisions
by Mr David Chew, Deputy Senior State Counsel, Criminal Justice Division & Mr Sanjiv Vaswani, State Cousel, State Prosecution Division

The study gives a run through of the evolution of the KM cultures and processes throughout the years and changes, and touches on specific projects that have been implemented in the Crime Divisions.

v Evolution of KM and its initiatives over the last 20 years in the Crime Divisions

v Review of State Prosecution Division’s KM Strategy and Processes

11:40am – 12:10pm
Case Study: International Affairs Division
by Mr Louis Lim, Manager, International Affairs Division

Case study will cover very broadly the Division’s various processes and how they serve different purposes

v Showcase how the Division has leveraged on technology to implement systems for its KM purposes:

ELMS for storage of precedent advice
CORT for storage of international legal instruments
KM Portal for research, training and administrative information

v Touch on pipeline project, the FTA database เป็นต้น

ในการเดินทางไปศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ นำโดยท่านอนุชาติ คงมาลัย รองอัยการสูงสุด เป็นหัวหน้าคณะ พร้อมด้วยคณะนักศึกษาปริญญาโท หลักสูตร การจัดการองค์ความรู้(KM ซึ่งเป็นหลักสูตร ที่สำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด ทำความตกลงไว้กับ วิทยาลัยศิลปะ สื่อและเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จำนวน ๒๐ คน

หลังจากจบการบรรยายแล้ว ท่านอนุชาติ คงมาลัย รองอัยการสูงสุด ได้มอบของที่ระลึกให้กับผู้คณะผู้บริหารของสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดของสิงคโปร์ และคณะวิทยากรในครั้งนี้ด้วย
