หนีไม่พ้นเรื่องกินอีกแล้ว ขอเสนอภาษาอังกฤษที่ใช้เมื่อเราได้รับเชิญไปทานข้าวที่บ้าน ใครได้รับเชิญไปทานอาหารที่บ้านนับว่าเป็นการให้เกียรติ เพราะที่บ้านเป็นที่ส่วนตัวมากๆ

How would you refuse (say no) when you are offered more food? 
จะกล่าวปฎิเสธอย่างไรหากเจ้าภาพคะยั้นคะยอตักอาหารให้ แหะๆ ส่วนมากเดี๊ยนไม่ปฎิเสธ อยู่แล้ว แต่เพื่อรักษามารยาท ต้องจำใจกล่าวว่า

- No, thank you. I couldn’t eat another bite. 
- Thank you, but no more for me.
- That was very good, but I’m full.
- I’m stuffed (very full) and I can’t eat anymore.
- No, thank you. I don’t have room (space) for more.
