บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ  ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3   เปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 จำแนกตามสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามและขนาดของสถานศึกษา    ศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางเกี่ยวกับการบริหารสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ  ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 140 คน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 140 คน  และประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 140 คน   เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่ามีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) การการทดสอบการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One–way Analysis of  Variance)  และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ (Scheffe’ method)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา  ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในสถานศึกษา และประธานคณะกรรมสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน   มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 3 ด้าน ด้านภูมิทัศน์ ด้านอาคารสถานที่  ด้านความปลอดภัย  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า  ด้านภูมิทัศน์มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในลำดับสูงที่สุด  และด้านความปลอดภัยมีความคิดเห็นในลำดับที่ต่ำที่สุด  และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม  โดยจำแนกตามสถานภาพผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม  พบว่า  ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและทั้งรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ  .01     โดยจำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 เมื่อพิจารณารายพบว่า ด้านภูมิทัศน์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ  .01  และด้านอาคารสถานที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ  .05   ยกเว้นด้านความปลอดภัยไม่แตกต่างกัน

ABSTRACT

           

The purposes of this research were to study the conditions of physical environment administration of basic education schools in Si Sa Ket Educational Service Area 3; compare the conditions of physical environment administration of basic education schools in Si Sa Ket Educational Service Area 3 as classified by the status of questionnaire respondent and school size; and study the problems and suggestions on guidelines for physical environment administration of basic education schools in Si Sa Ket Educational Service Area 3.  The research sample consisted of 140 school administrators, 140 teachers in charge of school physical environment work, and 140 chairpersons of the basic education school board.  The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with .96 reliability coefficient.  Statistics for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, and Scheffe pair-wise comparison method.

Research findings showed that the overall opinion ratings of school administrators, teachers in charge of school physical environment work, and basic education school board chairpersons on the administration of three aspects of school physical environment, namely, the landscape, buildings, and safety were at the high level.  When each aspect of school physical environment administration was considered, it was found that the opinion rating on landscape administration was the highest, and that of the safety administration was the lowest.  When questionnaire respondents’ opinions were compared as classified by respondent’s status, significant difference at the .01 level was found for both the overall and by-aspect opinions.  When the comparison was made among schools of different sizes, significant difference at the .05 level was found on the overall opinion rating; while on the by-aspect opinion ratings, significant difference at the .01 level was found on the landscape administration and that at the .05 level was found on the buildings administration, but no significant difference was found on the safety administration.
