คิดไม่ออก...ว่าจะเขียนอะไรดี(อีกแล้ว)

วันนี้คิดไม่ออกว่าจะเขียนเรื่องอะไรดี...และก็เพราะคิดอะไรไม่ออกก็เลยจะเล่นง่าย....ด้วยการเอาการบ้านภาษาอังกฤษมาบันทีกเก็บไว้ในBlog ทั้งนี้เพื่อดูพัฒนาการของตัวเองต่อไป(เผื่อวันไหนคิดอะไรไม่ออกอีกก็จะได้เอาการบ้านessay ภาษาอังกฤษมาลงBlog ซะเลย555...จะได้รู้ตัวเองว่าพัฒนาการด้านการเขียนของเราไปถึงไหนแล้ว) ...ท่านใดที่เชี่ยวชาญและแวะเข้ามาอ่าน...ผมก็ขอความคิดเห็น หรือให้คำแนะนำ เกี่ยวกับการเขียนบทความภาษาอังกฤษด้วยนะครับ...ผมยินดีน้อมรับเพื่อเป็นแนวทางพัฒนาการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษของผมเองด้วยครับ

Topic : What are the good characteristic of a good leader? Give reasons and example in your response.

The characteristic of a good leader consists of leadership, teamwork and high motivation to learn a new things. I will give reasons and examples for each of these three necessary qualities in a leader.

            First of all, leadership is  important and necessary for a leader.  If you do not have  leadership you can’t to be a strong leader. That characteristic means you can lead or motivate other people to do something for you that they are willing to do. For instance, in  World War II, Adolf Hitler could motivate people in Germany to agree with him by his leadership, as a result, German Army started  World War II and the German people were willing to die for him.

            The second, teamwork is also an important characteristic for a leader. This characteristic will be helpful to a leader when he work at his job. Because, sometimes he will work with many people. Strong teamwork will help the leader to give a strong power to leading or controlling his staff to do something in the same direction.

            The last characteristic of a good leader is high motivation to learn new things. This characteristic will help the leader to develop himself continuously. It’s important because, the leader who has not developed himself may lack some information , technology or knowledge that the leader should know. Then maybe has a wrong consideration in his policy or activity, as a result, he will  make something worse.

            In conclusion, the three characteristics that I have represent are very important for a good  leader. In addition, I think that the first one is the most important for the leader, it is a basic characteristic for every leader.

ปล.เพื่อเตือนใจตัวเองไว้....ต้องฝึกๆๆๆๆๆๆๆให้มากกว่านี้

ไปนอนดีกว่าเรา..........
