วันนี้ได้ไปวิ่งสบายใจ 13km หลังจากย้ายเครื่องแม่ข่ายเสร็จ มีได้พักวิ่งเดินคุยกับคนโน้นคนนี้ยี่สิบกว่านาที

ประชุมคณะกรรมการตัดสินการประกวด-

งานศิลปหัตกรรมนักเรียน ฯ ที่ สพป.  3  วัน

ทำหน้าที่ กรรมการตัดสิน  4  วัน

ผล...เจ็บคอ  ไอ  เสียงหาย...สลึมสลือ เพราะฤทธิ์ยา

วันนี้ อาการเจ็บคอ หายไปแล้ว...

เหลือแต่....I  I  I  " ไอ "

แต่...ก็เริ่มเบาบางเช่นกัน...
