I read that and found only ‘age-old wisdom’ (and problems) that rules Thailand well before Covid-19. All vague notions of ‘betterment’ but no specific targets and selections of ‘best shooters’ (at least best chances) to hit ‘the targets’.
We need research and support for thinking and doing ‘better things’ on farms, in waterways and seas, and in forests; we need to raise public sanitation, healthcare and education standards by examples, training and social media; we need to integrate our housing and environment with (less so-called) infrastructure projects (that produce more pollution and impacts on public ecosystems); …
We can start by reducing wastage in parliament (as a good example). Grandiose parliament setting does not make good policies for people who in facts pay for parliament and all it extravagant settings. A detailed example such as having suit-and-tie dress-code in ‘hot’ climate and having to run air-conditioning systems to keep people in such suit and tie comfortable is quite a joke!
