I think ศ. นพ. ประเวศ วะสี is promoting the right base unit for social development. I think development on 'tambon' with the Venerable Buddhadaasa's teaching of non-selfishness (the root of non-suffering) would shape Thailand society to a more advenced and happier society beyond the 21st century.
