เรื่องการสร้างความมั่นใจในตนเองให้ลูกเป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญมากค่ะ เด็กที่ไม่มั่นใจจะเป็นเด็กที่ไม่กล้าถาม ไม่กล้าคิด ไม่กล้าแสดงออก ตอบแต่ไม่รู้อยู่อย่างเดียว

การรู้จักพูดคุยกับลูกเป็นเรื่องที่มีผลอย่างมากต่อการสร้างความมั่นใจให้ลูกค่ะ พ่อแม่ต้องมีสติและหาจังหวะพูดคุยให้เหมาะสมค่ะ

ตอนนี้แม่กับพ่อพยายามฝึกที่จะมีสติไม่พูดคำว่า "อย่า" กับลูกค่ะ เช่น อย่าจับแก้วเล่นนะ เป็นคำพูดเชิงลบค่ะ แม่ควรพูดว่า จับให้แน่นนะลูก ระวังแก้วตก ซึ่งเป็นคำพูดเชิงบวกค่ะ

ต้องฝึกค่ะ ต้องฝึก!!! แม่ก็จะพยายามฝึกค่ะ
