Recoleta Cemetery in Buenos Aires, ARGENTINA

Recoleta Cemetery is a famous cemetery centrally located on the most expensive real estate in the elete Recoleta neighbourhood of Buenos Aires. . The cemetery is well known for its extravagant tombs and ornate mausoleums, and is the eternal resting place to some of the most important Argentines, including Eva Peron and several presidents.

“Once you’ve seen the place, when you walk out, you’ll never think of the cemetery the same way”, our 28-year-old private local guide who’s brought up in Canada said. We feel so lucky to have him showing the three of us around. What he said is true, as we strolled by the long, thin alleys of elegant mausoleums, we felt like walking in a city seeing all kinds of remarkable artwork!!

Recoleta Cemetery is one of our highlights we recommend as “a must visit”. It’s truly amazing place unlike anything we have experienced.

วันที่ 29 สิงหาคม 2555 ผู้เขียนได้เข้าไปชมสุสานรีคอเลตต้า ที่ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองบูโนสไอเรส อันเป็นย่านที่อยู่ ของเศรษฐี ที่หรูหรา ราคาแพงที่สุดในประเทศอาเจนตินา สุสานแห่งนี้ เป็นที่เก็บศพของอิวิต้า ประธานาธิบดี และบุคคลสำคัญชั้นแนวหน้าของประเทศนี้หลายคน
ไกด์ท้องถิ่นชาวอาเจนติน่า แต่เติบโตในประเทศคานาดา ที่เราสามคนจ้างให้มาบรรยาย และนำเที่ยวที่นี่ บอกเราตั้งแต่แรกว่า หลังจากเห็นสุสานแห่งนี้แล้ว เราจะไม่คิดว่า มันคือสุสานอีกเลย ซึ่งเป็นความจริงทีเดียว ภายในสุสานแห่งนี้ แบ่งเป็นถนน เป็นซอยแคบ ๆ ดู สะอาดตา ประดับประดา ด้วยสิ่งก่อสร้าง รูปปั้น อย่างสวยงาม ไกด์ท้องถิ่นพาเราชมและเล่าเรื่องราว และ ที่มา ของบุคคลมีชื่อหลายคน เขามีความรู้ และรายละเอียดดีทีเดียว จึงเล่าได้สนุกมาก

 ผู้เขียนเห็นด้วยเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าหากไปเที่ยวอาเจนตินา  สุสานรีคอเลตต้าเป็นสถานที่แห่งหนึ่ง ที่ต้องไปดู และพลาดไม่ได้  ที่สำคัญที่สุดควรมีไกด์ท้องถิ่นที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ภาษาท้องถิ่นคือภาษาสเปน) เป็นผู้บรรยาย จึงจะได้ความรู้มาก จากนั้นจึงค่อยไปชมที่ที่เราขื่นชอบ และเก็บภาพเป็นที่ระลึก สถานที่เปิดให้เข้าชมฟรี ทุกวันค่ะ
