Renovation/Peace Village Sustainable Camp

Background

With the inspiration of peace, we have created a small learning center where everyone can learn and understand. Peace Village is the learning center where everyone can come and learn about things such as languages, culture exchange, organic farming, environmental protection and international community living.

Working Team

Working

• Center renovation and construction; as we are a new center, we need more hand from volunteer to build up the center.
• Organic farm; we plant and grow organic vegetable in the center.
•  Environmental friendly; planting tree, recycle and promoting on global action to prevent climate change
• Relationship with the village; there are many volunteer activities in the village and local community, we always give them a hand such as cleaning in the village, temple and school, temple ceremony.
• Creative English Teaching; to give the chance for kids and people in the village have opportunity to communicate with difference languages, touch difference culture.

ASEAN Camp with Primary School

Location: Peace Village, Kok Muang, Khlonghoikhong, Songkhla. 20 kms in country side from Hat Yai city.

Cooking Team

Accomodation: Peace Village / Sustainable Development Center, the Thai style dormitory is provided. Thai Food is included.

Terminal: Hatyai train station, Hatyai International Airport

Weekend@water fall

Leisure Activities: Samila-Songkhla beach, water fall, night market, Hatyai downtown, Hat Yai city the biggest city in the south. Floating market on the weekend, and enjoy with local life.  

 

Special Remarks:  Please bring your country post card or anything which present your country to exchange in the camp.
