Happy Birth Day to me

ให้นักศึกษาเลือกทำเพียง 5 ข้อ โดยทุกคนต้องทำข้อ 4 และข้อ 6

1.  ให้เปรียบเทียบประเด็นพิจารณาในการให้สินเชื่อระหว่าง สินเชื่อพาณิชยกรรม (Modern Trade)  และพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (Real Estate Development) รายใหญ่ๆในประเทศไทย

2.  การที่เกิดภาวะเงินบาทมีค่าลดลงมาก  (เงินบาทอ่อนตัว) มีผลต่อการที่ธนาคารของท่านในการให้สินเชื่ออย่างไรบ้าง  และการที่มีผู้ว่าการธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยคนใหม่นั้น  จะส่งผลต่อการให้สินเชื่อของธนาคารกสิกรไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ในประเด็นใดบ้าง 

3.  การควบคุมสินเชื่อถือเป็นการบริหารความเสี่ยง (Risk Management) ที่สำคัญมาก ท่านจงอธิบายแนวทางการควบคุมสินเชื่อที่สำคัญ และ บอกตัวอย่างการติดตามหนี้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพมา 2 ตัวอย่าง

4.  จงอธิบายถึงอัตราส่วนทางการเงิน  (Financial Ratio) ที่จำเป็นในการพิจารณาสินเชื่อ พร้อมทั้งอธิบายลงไปในรายละเอียดด้วยว่ามีวิธีการพิจารณาอย่างไร อะไรคือประเด็นในการพิจารณาอัตราส่วนที่สำคัญที่สุดที่ธนาคารใช้

5. ท่านคิดว่างานพิธีการสินเชื่อมีความสำคัญมากน้อยเพียงใด เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับงานด้านการตลาดสินเชื่อ  และถ้าต้องทำงานทั้ง 2 ด้านในคนเดียวกันในสาขาของธนาคารแห่งหนึ่งนั้น ท่านจะบริหารจัดการเวลาของตนเองและการบริหารความเสี่ยงของธนาคารให้มีประสิทธิภาพและก่อให้เกิดประสิทธิผลได้อย่างไร

6. เมื่อท่านได้ศึกษาเพาเวอร์พอยท์ เรื่องจับกลโกงลูกค้ากู้เงินธนาคาร ไปนั้น ขอให้ท่านจับประเด็นให้ได้ว่ามีประเด็นใดบ้างที่ลูกค้ามักจะทำในการเตรียมตัวมากู้เงินจากธนาคาร และประเด็นเหล่านั้นธนาคารสามารถตรวจสอบได้อย่างไร
