BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS FOR IMPLEMENTING RENEWABLE ENERGY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECTS IN THE MEKONG REGION
Prof.Dr.Chira Hongladarom and his staff participated in Lao PDR’s Workshop. He shared the conclusion of Bangkok meeting which aimed to enhance capacity building of energy sector in GMS through education and human resources.
I want to thank the organizers for EEP Project in Finland to allow me to deliver short speech on the Foundation Project on Energy and Environment and Human Resource Development.
I consider Capacity Building Project important of management and human capital among stakeholders of Energy and environment sector is very important.
