ขอบพระคุณท่าน ศน.ที่กรุณาให้ความรู้ที่ละขั้นที่ละตอน จนได้ดวงตาเห็นทำ(ได้บ้าง) จากที่ไม่รู้อะไรเลย งันนี้ก็ได้รู้แล้ว เห็นแล้ว
และลองแล้ว สรุปแล้วว่า โลกนี้กว้างจริง ๆค่ะ
การประชุมอบรมเมื่อวันที่ 11 มิถุนายน 2551 ได้ชวนครูใหญ่จากอินโดนีเซีย มาร่วมแจมหลังพิธีเปิดของเราด้วย เธอพูดเข้ามือถือผม แล้วผมเปิดแฮนด์ฟรีให้ฟังกันบ้าง ซึ่งฟังแล้วไม่ค่อยชัด ก่อนหน้านั้น ได้ขอให้ครูที่ประสานด้วยให้ส่ง speech ของเธอมาให้ วันนั้นนำขึ้นเว็บไซต์ไม่ทัน จึงนำมาให้อ่านกันในที่นี้ว่าเธอพูดว่าอย่างไรบ้าง
Good Morning,
I am Arisuweni, the principal of SMP Negeri Cimahi, West Java, Indonesia.
First off all, I’d like to say that I’m very happy to have opportunity to communicate and share ideas in this good occasion.
Life in the globalization Era needs preparation. To be a part of world citizen, we also must have many skills, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and also networking become some crucial to support it.
My school, SMPN 1 Cimahi, as one of pioneering of International standarized school in My Country, Indonesia, is obligated to have foreign network partners, to share a lot of valuable and important information, not only in Curriculum, but also in Culture.
This occasion is a good opportunity to realize it, because we can communicate directly using skype. But I hope, we also can interact and communicate directly, face to face, having a kind of seminar or workshop and later we can have MOU of our partnership because it is really important as our evidence to our government. Then we can have teachers and students exchange, visit each other or having such as Home stay program for our students .
Before, I continue, I want to introduce my school with this profile. I hope you can have more description about my school.
SMPN 1 Cimahi profile
SMP Negeri 1 Cimahi is a Lower Education School. It was built in 1950. It is a state School and since 2007 we get International Standardized School. The students are in between 12 to 14 years old. We have about 900 students. There are 30 classrooms which are facilitated with LCD Projectors and internet connection. There are many things to share with other schools cos we study local cultures such as Angklung, Batik, Traditional dances,etc.
As far as I’m concerned, one of good ways to make relationship with foreign network partners is through CCO. CCO is a very good program. It gives lots of benefits for us, especially for our students. Through the program, our students can share many things ; their cultures, their experiences, their point of views about many interesting things that happens in the world, and many others.
I believe that CCO can really connect us in many aspects of life, so that we can build a mutual partnership and get lots of advantages from our partnership.
It’s very pleased for me to know that ,in one of the CCO programs, our students have been joining and conducting some school projects with their partners from other countries, like The Green School Project and other projects.
I hope such kinds of projects can make our students aware of the importance of information and communication technology for their life and give them ideas to develop more, by sharing their experiences during conducting the projects.
So, I think it’s no doubt that we should keep continuing our partnership through the CCO program and thank God we can realize the face to face meeting and also MOU, and let our students have a wide connection with other CCO members all over the world.

สวัสดีค่ะท่าน ศน. ชัด บุญญา ดิฉันตะลึงและวางตัวไม่ถูกค่ะที่พบตัวจริงเสียงจริงของท่านวันนี้ค่ะ..ท่านสมกับที่ได้ติดตามทางนิเทศออนไลน์ และตามผลงานเขียนในเว็ปค่ะ..ขอเรียนถามท่านว่าวันนี้ที่โรงเรียนในความรู้สึกที่คิดไว้ เป็นอย่างไรค่ะ..แล้วจะเรียนถามท่านอีกมากมายค่ะ..ขอบพระคุณท่านที่แนะนำค่ะจะขอนำไปปรับปรุงให้ดีที่สุดค่ะ..

หลังจากไปให้การอบรมที่โรงเรียนฮอดพิยาคม มาแล้ว วันที่ 21 ที่ผ่านก็ไปให้การอบรมที่โรงเรียนแม่สายประสิทธิศาสตร์ จังหวัดเชียงราย ไม่แน่ใจว่า rinda อยู่โรงเรียนไหน หรือไม่ได้อยู่ทั้งสองโรงเรียน ผลพวงที่ได้เจาะลึกในเรื่องกาจัดการเรียนรู้กับต่างประเทศ ที่มีโอกาสได้เรียนรู้จาก บริติชเคาซิลภายใต้โครงการ Connecing Classroom ก็ได้นำมาแลกเปลี่ยนกัน
เมื่อวานได้มีโอกาสไปเยี่ยมห้องเรียนในประเทศไตหวัน โดยใช้ระยะเวลาประมาณ 30 นาที ได้พบกับนักเรียน ประมาณ 20 คน
เขาผลัดเปลี่ยนกันมาพูดคุยกับผมผ่านระบบ video conference ที่ไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่าย ยกเว้นค่าไฟ ที่ใช้กับคอมพิวเตอร์ คนละ ประมาณ สองนาที มีการแนะนำตัว แนะนำห้องเรียน โรงเรียน แล้วก็ถามผมเกี่ยวการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียนไทย ก็เล่าให้เขาฟัง ขณะที่เพื่อนๆ ของเขาคอยฟัง การสนทนา จบแล้วครูเขาอีเมล์มาหาผม ดังนี้ครับ

Firstly, thank you and your coworker.
Although we didn't follow your plan(cos I just saw this news after school), we still have a good time with you both.
Students were feeling very excited about today's class.
You know, not all of my students have had a chance to talk to a foreigner before.
Do you remember there was one student who ask the question " What delicious food are there in Thailand?" to you.
After the meeting, I let them share their idea about talking in English with foreigners.
He told us, he is so happy that he could get the chance to speak English to a foreigner and today is also his first time to do this.
It's really touching, isn't it?
I think this must be a really good experience of their junior high school life.
In fact, we are going to have a two month summer vacation from next week July 3rd to Aug 29th.
I wonder that do you have summer vacation? If yes, for how long?
I'm think that if it is possible, our CC class will begin in Aug. 2nd.
We'll stay at school every morning from 9:00 to 12:00.
We all welcome you to visit us again.
Moreover, if we can get a group of Thai students to talk to us, that would be more marvelos.
We hope we can show our pictures to you in the nearly future.

ก็เล่าสู่กันฟัง เพื่อเป็นแนวคิดสำหรับการจัดการเรียนการสอนในโลกปัจจุบันครับ
สวัสดีค่ะท่าน หนูอยู่โรงเรียนแม่หอพระวิทยาคมได้นำบันทึกตัวอย่างคำถามเรื่องโรงเรียนในฝันให้ครูนักเรียนได้เตรียมการแล้วค่ะ หวังว่าท่านคงจะแนะนำลงในบันทึกใหม่นะคะขอเฉพาะที่จำเป็น และต้องมี ขาดไม่ได้ค่ะท่าน ขอบพระคุณค่ะ

จากการอบรมเมื่อวันที่ 11 มิย. 53 คุณครูฮอดพิทยาคม ได้ความรู้ ได้เปิดโลกทัศน์การเรียนรู้จากท่านศน และยังคงการติดต่อระหว่างทั้งสองโรงเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่องทำให้ทราบว่าโรงเรียน SMPN 1 Cimahi ปิดภาคเรียนเพิ่งเปิดเรียนในสัปดาห์นี้ การติดต่อจึงขาดช่วงไป
ขณะนี้ฮอดพิทยาคม วางแผนการติดต่อ โดยให้ความรู้การใช้ โปรแกรมในการติดต่อและมีครูผู้สนใจจำนวนมาก คงต้องขอความอนุเคราะห์ท่านอีกอีกครั้ง ทั้งในด้านข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการติดต่อและความรู้ด้าน เทคโนโลยี
มีครูหลายคนสนใจติดต่อเป็นเครือข่าย โรงเรียนเขาสมิงวิทยาคม เพราะเกรงภาษาอังกฤษที่ไม่แข็งแรง ก็คงต้องว่ากันไป
โรงเรียนปรับปรุง ระบบสัญญาน ใยแก้วนำแสง เพื่อบริการนักเรียนและครู สู่โลกการเรียนรู้ที่กว่างขึ้น
ขอคำแนะนำจากทุกท่านที่แวะเวียนเข้ามาด้วย

- เอาเด็กๆมาฝากครับ
ในการจัดอบรมการจัดการเรียนรู้กับโรงเรียนเครือข่าย ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ จะรู้ได้อย่างไรว่าประสบความสำเร็จ หรือไม่ การอบรมทั้งหลายเป็นเพียงก้าวแรก ที่มักวัดกันที่ความพึงพอใจของคน หรือเจตคติต่อการอบรม เจตคตินั้นบางทีก็จะดูดี แต่ผลที่จะตามมาเป็นอย่าไร ก็ต้องดูกันอีก จะดูกันได้ ก็ต้องดูที่ตัวชี้วัดหลัการอบรม
เช่น
1. มีจำนวนครูที่ใช้ ICT เพิ่มขึ้น อันเนื่องมาจาการอบรม
- การใช้อีเมล์
- การใช้โปรแกรม คอนเฟอร์เร้นท์ เช่น skype
- การ Post เข้า forum เว็บบอร์ด
2. จำนวนครูที่มีคู่การสอน (partner) ในการสอน จะเป็นจากต่างประเทศ และ ในประเทศ
3. จำนวนครูจากหลากกลุ่มสาระที่มีแผนการสอน ที่ทำขึ้นร่วมกับครูคู่การสอน
4. จำนวนครูที่มีความก้าวหน้าในการสอน ซึ่งพิจารณาได้จากแฟ้มสะสมงานของครู
5. จำนวนครูที่ประสบความสำเร็จในการสอน ซึ่งพิจารณาได้จากแฟ้มสะสมงานของนักเรียน
ถ้าวัดความสำเร็จการอบรมจากการวัดอย่างนี้ ก็จะเห็นความก้าวหน้าจริงๆ แต่ก็เป็นเพียง ความสำเร็จระดับสอง
ถ้าจะวัดความสำเร็จจริง ก็คงต้องไปวัดรวมกับความสำเร็จด้านอื่นๆ ที่งส่งผลต่อคุณภาพของนักเรียนโดยรวมนั่นคือ มาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตร และมาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษา ของ สพฐ. และ สมศ.
ที่ลงทุนลงแรงการจัดอบรมเรื่องการจัดการเรียนรู้กับเครือข่ายผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ต หากได้ผลในระดับสอง ก็ถือว่าประสบความสำเร็จแล้ว มากน้อยแค่ไหนก็ลองวัดดู ใช่ไหมครับท่าน กฤษณะ
