เมื่อถามถึง Km

สวัสดีครับ พี่น้องที่สนใจเรื่อง KM  ทุกท่าน

วันนี้ผมขอนำเสนอเป็นครั้งที่ 2 ก็เช่นเคยนะครับ วันนี้ผมได้รับการถ่ายทอดความรู้เรื่อง KM จาก อาจารย์ Suna Nousala อาจารย์สอนดีมาก และวันนี้ผมใคร่ขอยกคำสอนของอาจารย์ มาให้ทุกท่านได้ร่วมกันศึกษา หรือหากมีอะไรที่จะเพิ่มเติมนะครับ  

1. Management and sharing of Know How….

l      Develop understanding of how and “expert” works 

l      Compare outcomes and discuss the process

 2. Core principles for Knowledge sharing…Major points:

  1. Understand what and how a community of practice works ie; the social system.
