พูดคุย R2R ระหว่าง Field Trip

Field Trip กิจกรรมหนึ่งใน PMAC 2010

วันนี้ สวรส. มีงานที่ต้องพา participantจากต่างประเทศที่มาร่วมงาน Prince Mahidol Award Conference (PMAC) ไปดูงานตาม site ต่างๆ  ตัวเองเป็นหนึ่งในทีมงานที่รับผิดชอบพาไปที่ site NHSO (สปสช.)เพื่อดูเรื่องระบบข้อมูลข่าวสาร (Theme: Making Universal Health Coverage work through effective ICT)

บุคลากรของ สปสช.นำพวกเราไปดู Call center, Data center และ War room ซึ่งใน war room เป็นห้องที่ผู้บริหารสามารถเรียกดูข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลที่เก็บมาจากทั่วประเทศไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่อง DRG, Medical Record (OP,IP, PP, DMIS), screening data, reimbursement data, e-budget data, การจัดการกับโรคต่างๆ เช่น วัณโรค เบาหวาน เอดส์ ไต ซึ่งข้อมูลเหล่านี้ผู้บริหารสามารถดึงตัวเลขมาวิเคราะห์ได้ตลอดเวลา (ทำ routine to research ได้ตลอดเวลา) ซึ่ง Health Information System Users ได้แก่ policy makers of all levels, Health service purchasers, Frontline Health workers, Frontline non-health workers, Health specialists/experts, Non-Health specialists/experts, Public,etc.

Participant ท่านหนึ่งกล่าวว่า Health Information System (HIS) ถือเป็น backbone ของสปสช.

ระหว่างการเดินทางกลับไปยังโรงแรมเซ็นทารา Dr.Alvin (participant จากฟิลิปปินส์) ถามตัวเองว่า แผนงานR2Rของสวรส.ทำอะไรบ้าง ก็เลยอธิบายไปประมาณนี้  Routine to Research Program (R2R-HSRI) will encourage and support R2R network in different organization with an emphasis on community hospitals and provincial hospitals in order to build research capacity of its personnel and create Evidence base decision making atmosphere to use the knowledge for problem solving (develop personnel’s research potentiality and create knowledge use in problem solving and health system development)
