  • 12:06 Mary: Senge's Model has five important qualities : Systems Thinking. Personal Mastery, Mental MOdels, Shared values and Team learning.I will post more information on each point in MyForum for you.
  • 12:08 Bunjong: Yes Merry Mary in find it http://www.infed.org/thinkers/senge.htm Thanks.
  • 12:11 Bunjong: Peter Senge said “Leader as teacher” is not about “teaching” people how to achieve their vision. It is about fostering learning, for everyone. Such leaders help people throughout the organization develop systemic understandings. Accepting this responsibility is the antidote to one of the most common downfalls of otherwise gifted teachers – losing their commitment to the truth. (Senge 1990: 356) This is the very important for principal to look at teacher and teacher look at her/him.
  • 12:12 Mary: Well done, Brilliant Bunjong!!!! Losing thier commitment to the truth. How do you interpret this?
  • 12:17 Bunjong: Dear Merry Mary, I open website http://www.infed.org/thinkers/senge.htm Then read and anylize what is the ooint to share then use cursur to copy and post on our chat sir.
  • 12:19 Mary: That is most helpful, Bunjong and dear learners , please go into the website given by Brilliant Bunjong and you will get a very good idea of what Senge's model is all about and you can realte it to the context of your school.
