I oppose new politics as new paradigm. Because Somchai stands the side of PPP and Thaksin. In 2006 a coup d'tat occurred to expel Thaksin. Then now Samak resigned and next, the new Prime Minister who also stands the side of PPP became. What’s the new?? Actually Somchai became new Prime Minister. But immediately people who oppose new government refused the front of PM office. According to CNN news,

The alliance and tens of thousands of its supporters stormed Government House on August 26 with the goal of kicking Samak out of office. But their goals have since shifted. Now they oppose Somchai or any other member of the People's Power Party.

In fact, people oppose the new government whatever Somchai is. Because he belongs to PPP that Thaksin established. Somchai is Thaksin’s brother in law. Then PDA opposes PPP and Somchai.

Bangkok post described as follows,

Mr Samak and Mr Somchai appear to share a goal. Near the end of Mr Samak's days in office, he organised continuous commemorative events to be held between Her Majesty the Queen's birthday on Aug 12, and His Majesty the King's birthday on Dec 5. It would seem Mr Samak had envisioned his stint at least stretching past Dec 5, when a prime minister leads a delegation of officials in celebrating His Majesty's birthday, a duty of the highest esteem. But his hopes have been dashed. By comparison, Mr Samak possessed far more political clout than Mr Somchai does, and many have begun to wonder whether the latter will even survive the next few months as prime minister.

So I understand that Samak’s policy and Somchai’ one are same side. While Prime Minister is from PPP, whoever becomes the PM, a new paradigm will never occur. I think so.

There would be a chance that a new paradigm occurs. It is means that if PPP will cause internal division, the other thought will occur. Bangkok post  described as follows,

The People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD), of course, rejected the nomination and vowed to continue their protest. Anyone from PPP or other coalition parties is unacceptable, the anti-governmnent group said. But more serious opposition came from inside PPP.

"Friends of Newin" Chidchob, the banned but still powerful Thai Rak Thai party executive, threatened to break the party's ranks and vote for caretaker deputy prime minister and finance minister Surapong Suebwonglee on Wednesday, instead of Mr Somchai.

I hope that new PM will become a leader that chose the different political way from Thaksin and Samak. Then it’s sure that a new paradigm occurs.
