บันทึกสั้นฉบับที่ 1 ส่งไปเวียดนาม

     ความจริงมีเรื่องประทับใจ  จากงานอบรมครูต่างชาติ 35 คน ที่ผ่านไปเมื่อ 1-2-3 ตค. สิ่งที่กังวลก็ผ่านพ้นไป  และเกิดความสำเร็จเกินกว่าที่คาดหมาย .. ที่หนักใจและเหนื่อยกายก็หายเป็นปลิดทิ้ง .. แต่เวลานี้ยังไม่สะดวกจึงขอเลื่อนไปก่อน .. ขอแทรกด้วยของง่ายๆคือ สาระที่เขียนส่งไปเวียดนามครับ
    เขาขอให้เขียนสิ่งที่พูดเมื่อคราวไปศึกษาดูงานที่เวียดนาม เพื่อใช้ประกอบงาน Conference เรื่อง Application of ICT into Primary Education .. ผัดมาหลายวันจึงเขียนส่งไป .. 2 หน้าครับ .. ข้างล่างนี้คือหน้าแรกครับ .. ว่าไปจากความคิด และประสบการณ์ โดยไม่ได้อ้างอิงอะไรเลย .. นี่ไงครับ

 I have been asked by Prof.Hoang TUyet and some other colleagues from the Faculty of Primary Education of HCM university of pedagogy to write something concerning what I talked about at the meeting when we visited HCM university of pedagogy during September 11-15, 2007.
 I'm very glad to have such opportunity to share my opinions and experiences so I said "Yes" without hesitation. But after coming back to Thailand I was so busy with various activities .. going to visit Khonkaen University on the following day .. joining the Regional KM. Seminar in the North .. teaching for 18 periods/week and some more things to follow up with 37 research projects. But I still hope to do what I have promised and the followings are brief ideas of mine to share with all of us here in Vietnam.

 To make it short, I will put them in bullet items in series.

• It’s definitely true that that ICT. makes things easy , fast and very effective.·       
• It’s a Miracle.·       
• But, is it always good when we can do things faster and easier ?       
• In the production of material things, isn’t it possible that the Faster and Easier leads to more Destruction ? of .. What ? .. and . How ?      
• In Education especially Primary Education, what sort of conditions and situations do we need to support the full achievement of the Goals ?      
• If carelessly take it, ICT itself will also destroy our children. They will come together .. Creative .. Productive .. and .. Destructive. … How ?       
• Please do be careful not to let ICT bring in too much Easiness and Fastness to the Learning Process of our young children.·       
• With Difficulties and Slow process .. they have More to Learn .. and the knowledges out of the situations like that will be more Sustainable.·       
• The great challenge for us,educators and teachers, is .. How to apply ICT into Education without harming or destroying our young Children !       
• My own conclusion is that .. Try to find the most Appropriate Solutions.·        
• In many cases .. No need to be Modern. ·       
• To be Modern  without Wisdoms .. Try to avoid.
