Scimago Institutions Rankings 2020   

ผมได้รับ อีเมล์ จาก รศ. ดร. มงคล รายะนาคร ดังต่อไปนี้

การจัดอันดับองค์กรและสถาบันที่ใช้เกณฑ์การมีผลกระทบต่อสังคมควบคู่กับสมรรถนะทางด้านการวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ที่เป็นที่เชื่อถือได้ ก็คือการจัดอันดับโดย Scimago Lab แห่งประเทศสเปน แต่สื่อต่างๆไม่ได้ประโคมข่าวเท่ากับการจัดของสำนักอื่นที่เน้นเฉพาะมหาวิทยาลัย/สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเท่านั้น โดยในปีนี้ Scimago Lab ได้มีผลการจัดอันดับที่เรียกว่า Scimago Institutions Rankings 2020 ออกมาตั้งแต่ไตรมาสที่สองของปี ปรากฏที่         https://www.scimagoir.com/

         ในปีนี้ มีองค์กรที่ได้รับการจัดอันดับโลกที่เป็นมหาวิทยาลัย/สถาบันอุดมศึกษา โรงพยาบาล องค์กรทั้งภาครัฐและองค์กรอื่นๆ จากทั่วโลกได้รับการจัดอันดับใน Scimago Institutions Rankings 2020 ทั้งหมด 7,026 แห่ง ปรากฏอันดับโลกที่น่าสนใจ ดังต่อไปนี้

         ระเบียบวิธี (methodology) ในการจัดอันดับใน Scimago Institutions Rankings 2020 ประกอบด้วยตัวชี้วัด 3 ด้าน คือ 1) Research 50% (11 ตัวชี้วัด), 2) Innovation 30% (3 ตัวชี้วัด) และ Societal Impact 20% (3 ตัวชี้วัด) โดยมีรายละเอียดทั้งหมดปรากฏอยู่ที่         https://www.scimagoir.com/methodology.php
