ใช้ APPEAR เพื่อกล่าวว่า เห็นบางสิ่งเป็นอย่างไร/เสมือนว่าเป็นอย่างไร
ปกติ ให้ตามหลังด้วย คุณศัพท์ หรือ ‘infinitive’ “to” เช่น
‘They appear very disappointed.’

ยังสามารถใช้ “appear” กับ คุณศัพท์+นาม
แต่ไม่บ่อยครั้ง และมี ความเป็นทางการ มากกว่าเช่น
‘She appears quite a nervous driver.’
สามารถใช้ “appear” กับ “it” ให้เป็น ประธาน
และตามด้วย “as if” ”as though” หรือ “that” เช่น
‘It appears as if you got the wrong directions to the school.’
