ไม่ใช้ ability เป็น พหูพจน์ ใน ความหมายเช่นตัวอย่าง
ต้องไม่ใช้ว่า ‘It is good that we have abilities to dream and imagine.’

รูปพหูพจน์ คือ abilities ที่ไม่มีการใช้ บ่อยนัก
ใช้เพื่ออ้างอิง ถึง ‘skills’(ความชำนาญ) หรือ ‘talents’(ความสามารถพิเศษ)
และต้องไม่ตามด้วย infinitive เด็ดขาด เช่น
