ABSTRACT

           The  purposes  of  this  research  were  to 1)  study  the  conditions,  the  problems,  and  the  factors  related  to  healthcare villages development of Civil Society organization in KamphaengPhet Province, 2) develop healthcare villages developing strategies of Civil Society Organization in KamphaengPhet Province, 3) evaluate the healthcare villages developing strategies of Civil Society Organization in KamphaengPhetProvince. The research tools were a questionnaire, focus group discussion, an interview, workshop, connoisseurship, and an assessment form. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: Healthcare villages were completely operated in five steps by Civil Society Organization in cooperation with public health officials. In overall, the problems of healthcare villages development were at a high level. The problem of compliance with health plan had the highest mean.  The developed strategies consisted of vision, mission, goal, strategic items, strategies, and indicators. Strategic evaluation found that consistency, appropriateness,possibility, and utility of the strategies  was at the highest level.
