          จะเห็นว่า ไม่ว่าประเทศใดย่อมต้องมีกลไกกำกับดูแลคุณภาพของอุดมศึกษาทั้งสิ้น  แต่แตกต่างกันที่ท่าที  บางประเทศใช้ท่าทีใช้อำนาจบังคับล้วนๆ  ซึ่งจริงๆ แล้วก็ต้องบังคับด้วยเพราะสถาบันที่เกเรก็มีเสมอในทุกประเทศ แต่ที่อังกฤษเขาเน้นการให้รางวัล (reward)  และการยกย่อง (recognition) เป็นหลัก

I think quality assurance of Thailand education is important if Thai professionals are to work in open (worldwide) fields. Thais must learn another language and must be (world) competent in their chosen disciplines.

There may be a lot of dark politics and knee-jerking reactions in Thailand's quality framework. (Why? Even the constitution is being played like backyard football.)
