วันนี้เป็นวันสุดท้ายของการวิชาSeminar2 ซึ่งเหลือเพื่อนที่นำเสนอcase study เพียง 2 คน ความรู้ที่ได้จากเพื่อนๆ เรื่องของ Cerebral palsy ที่ตัวเองลืมไปแล้วว่าโรคนี้มีกี่type ซึ่งเพื่อนก็ได้มาย้ำเตือนความจำถึงโรคนี้ให้ฟัง
"Cerebral palsy" สามารถแบ่งประเภทตามความปกติของการเคลื่อนไหว (movment) ได้ดังนี้
>>> Spastic
>>> Diplegia legs > arm
>>> Quadriplegia : all 4 extremities
>>> Hemiplegia : one side involvement
>>> Dyskinetic : -hyperkinetic or choreoathetoid
- dystonia (hypotonia)
- ataxic
- mixed
สาเหตุการเกิดโรค
1. Antepartum cause (ก่อนคลอด)
>>> Brain malformation : ความผิดปกติของสมอง
>>> Intrauterine vascular malformation : ความผิดปกติของระบบเส้นเลือด
>>> Infection
2. Intrapartun cause (ขณะคลอด)
>>> Birth asphyxia เช่น ขาดO2
3. Postpartun cause (หลังคลอด)
>>> Meningitis lencephalitis เช่น การติดเชื้อ
>>> Trauma
4. Perinatal etiology (สาเหตุที่พบในทารกแรกคลอด)
>>> Low-birth-weight in fants
----------periventricular leukomalacia (PVL) : white matter ผิดปกติ
----------periventricular hemorrhage : เลือกออกในสมอง
----------cerebral infaection : เลือดไปเลี้ยงสมองพอทำให้สอมงขาดเลือด
>>> Normal-birth-weight in fants
----------hypoxis ischemic encephalopathy เช่น การขาด O2 จากการสำลักน้ำคร่ำ
