The letter to Hong Kong Marching Band & Drum Corps Association to ask for providing some detail in Invitation letter

Hong Kong Marching Band & Drum Corps Association
Due to invitation letter of Hong Kong Marching Band & Drum Corps Association for our Suanlumpinee School Marching Band (see attachment file), we are very pleased to participate in this contest. There are 60 students who are members of our band. And two persons, Somboon Rimpu and Kitiya Rimpu, who are Field Commander and Colorguard Captain respectively of Suan Lumpinee School Marching band and are students of Suan Lumpinee School too, are stateless student.
Anyways, two students now get permission from Thailand to travel to Hong Kong and come back to Thailand after the contest finished. So they don’t have any problems for leaving Thailand to travel.
In case of Somboon Rimpu, he has travel document no. A006899 issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Thailand (see attachment file)
In case of Kitiya Rimpu, she has travel document no. A006901 issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Thailand (see attachment file)
But two students have some a little problem because they have to request for China/Hong Kong visa to legally enter Hong Kong as well. And when we contact China Embassy in Thailand, he doesn’t reject to issue Hong Kong visa for Somboon Rimpu and Kitiya Rimpu just in case he ask for invitation letter from Hong Kong Marching Band & Drum Corps Association. And this invitation letter have to indicate the name and some details of Somboon and Kitiya. Then China Embassy will issue visa for Somboon and Kitiya to enter Hong Kong and participate in this contest.
So I ask for your kindly help to send via email again for Invitation letter from your organization that indicate Somboon Rimpu and Kitiya Rimpu as members of Suanlumpinee School Marching Band. And in this email, I send you a draft-file of Invitation letter that express important details. So you can easily review and copy it into your letter form with your signature.
And it is a best wish for two students if you please send absolute invitation letter back in this day because two students can contact China Embassy again tomorrow on 22 December 2011
