Title: A Study of Development Model for Setting Up School Activities in Terms of Encouraging Students’ Discipline at Wat Pak Bor School

ABSTRACT
This research has objectives to develop and apply a model of helding activities to encourage student’s development and disciplines at Wat Pak Bor School, Suanlung district Bangkok. However, there are four ways which encourages student’s development are as follows responsibility control’s student’s emotion and complying with society’s rules for studying a way of developing of activities for encouraging students discipline and comparing to outcome of student’s discipline before and after applying the model to encourage students development. However, there are many tools which apply to this research. Also, there are activities which encourage to students’ discipline a group study 36 teachers and students from Prathom 4 to 6 at PakBor School Suanluang District Bangkok in the academic year 2552 which were 224 from overall 260 students under classification. However, the research tools were such as tests of student’s discipline, questionnaires student’s discipline, teacher observation forms when applying the model to develop activities to encourage student’s discipline, teacher evaluation forms when applying the model to develop of helding activities of student’s discipline and the statistic which applied to analyze the collected data were percentage, means, standard deviation and t-test.
However, an outcome can be seen that
1. When applying model to develop of activities for encouraging student’s discipline, the results increased efficiently to 84.61/88.65, was higher than the criteria standard.
2. Means of student’s discipline after applying the model was higher significantly under statistical level at .01
3. Teacher and student point of views towards applying the model was in high level.
